Congenital heart attack(CHD)is one of the most common and major congenital systemic diseases in children in China.At present,there are about 2 million congenital heart disease patients in China,and the annual increase of congenital heart disease patients is about 400,000.Congenital heart disease not only causes a great financial burden to the family,but also causes great psychological and mental stress to family members.With the spread of the concept of holistic health and people deeply understand the meaning of health,China is becoming more and more involved in social work to the public welfare charity relief,although a lot of foundation are many aid programs for children with congenital heart disease,but for some self aid to the specialized theory foundation and professional and technical personnel,the traditional "Shu Xie Shi" relief is still the main way,therefore,Introducing social work into relief projects and exploring a new mode of social work participation in children’s relief has become the focus of improving social welfare.This study took the congenital heart disease relief and care project organized by G Foundation as a platform,and after participating in the related service projects in the intraoperative and postoperative stages,it triggered some thoughts on the participation of social work in public welfare relief projects.At the same time,the author found some problems in the operation mode of the project during the service process,which led to the neglect of the personalized needs of the children receiving the service in the project.In the face of the service gap,the model still needs to be improved.From the perspective of case social work,this study selected two rehabilitated children with obvious individual differences from the project as the research objects,and applied humanistic treatment model to provide the clients with people-oriented services.After case analysis,compared with the traditional model of public welfare assistance,social workers should pay attention to overcoming the disadvantages of traditional helping activities,and how to improve the integration between social work and public welfare and charity when participating in aid activities,especially for children with the double plight of poverty and disease.Exploration of these questions is not only the path of social workers to participate in poverty illness children’s advice,is to the present stage of public aid agencies to aid business make up of children with congenital heart disease,is a reformation to the path of social work organization in aid,to improve the professional level of charity aid services as well as the further development of China social work professional has far-reaching significance.
