In recent years,Alzheimer’s disease has become a major killer of the elderly,and the number of elderly people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease is increasing.It is understood that family caregivers with Alzheimer’s disease will inevitably be stressed during long-term care and have an impact on their physical and mental health;This article takes Alzheimer’s family caregivers as the main service object,and discusses it from the perspective of social work;First of all,the workers adopted the unstructured interview method as the main research method.A total of 33 family caregivers were selected in the M community for many visits and interviews.Combined with the results of interviews and on-site visits and observations,the main stress performance of family caregivers in Alzheimer’s disease in M community was summarized and the sources of stress faced were analyzed.In order to relieve the stress of family caregivers and relieve bad emotions,the workers adhered to the principle of "voluntary participation" and selected eight standard family caregivers from the M community as the main research subjects.Based on the analysis of the results of multiple interviews and the pre-test data of ZBI care burden scale,the specific needs of family caregivers were obtained.Based on the theory of social support and group dynamics,design the group activity plan to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the activity content.In the process of group activities,workers use professional working methods and skills to help team members learn professional care knowledge and skills,bring them closer together,establish mutual assistance groups to relieve stress and build self-confidence for family caregivers;after the group activity,process evaluation and result evaluation of group activities;and finally,analyze,discuss and summarize the whole study.According to the data before and after the ZBI care burden scale and the data of group members’ activity satisfaction survey,it is found that the intervention of group work has an obvious effect on the stress relief of family caregivers.Workers use professional skills and methods to enhance caregivers’ ability to cope with stress and improve the level of professional care.Help members to build a support network,establish a mutual help group,and form a long-term and effective support and help relationship,which has a certain effect on relieving the pressure of family caregivers. |
