| The proportion of aerobic energy supply in rowing is up to 80%.The devel opment of aerobic capacity of young rowers is an important link in training.Thepurpose of this study is to design a special motion pattern of high intensity interval training program and apply it to the young rowers,to explore the effect on their aerobic capacity. This study uses the method of literature, expert interview, observation, experiment and mathematical statistics to design and apply the high-intensity interval training program of special motion mode,so as to analyze and discuss the effect on the aerobic capacity of young rowers.Sixteen young athletes from Tianjin Rowing Team were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received high-intensity interval training with special motion pattern, while the control group received medium-intensity interval training with special motion pattern, and the experiment al intervention was carried out for 8 weeks. With maximal oxygen uptake,5km performance of dynamometer, heart rate, blood lactic acid, red blood cells and hemoglobin as evaluation indexes of aerobic capacity, all indexes before and after the experiment were tested and verified by SPSS.Through processing and analys is of data results, the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Through the eight-week training intervention,it can be concluded that high-intensity interval training with special movement mode has significant effects on the improvement of the maximum oxygen uptake, the performance of the dynamometer 5km,the heart rate during exercise, and the aerobic capacity related indexes such as blood lactic acid, red blood cell and hemoglobin immediately after exercise of the teenage rowers.(2)Through the eight-week training intervention,it can be concluded that the moderate intensity interval training with special motion mode has a certain effect on the improvement of the two aerobic capacity indexes of the adolescent athletes, namely the maximum oxygen uptake and the 5km performance of the dynamometer.(3)After eight weeks of different training programs,it is concluded that high-intensity interval training with specific moveme nt patterns has more significant improvement effect on the aerobic capacity of young rowers than moderate intensity interval training.(4)The high intensity interval training program of rowing special action mode designed by this research has a positive impact on the improvement of aerobic capacity of young rowers, and this experimental program has certain feasibility and effectiveness. |
