An Empirical Study On The Special High-intensity Interval Training Program For College Dragon Boat Athletes

Objective: By comparing the changes of dragon boat special high-intensity interval training and medium-intensity continuous training on the basic morphology,maximum oxygen uptake,oxygen uptake efficiency slope,and special performance indicators of male dragon boat athletes in college students,the actual application effect was studied.Methods: The main team members of the 22 male college students' dragon boat team were divided into a special high-intensity interval training group(S-HIT)and a special medium-intensity continuous training group(S-MCT).Intervention training with the same amount of training,and to ensure the same level of activity as possible for the rest of the time Basic index test,oxygen consumption dynamic index test and dragon boat special performance test,etc.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of intervention,the BMI index and body surface area(BSA)of the S-HIT group and the S-MCT group showed no significant difference before and after the intervention(P> 0.05),and no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05)The body fat rate after intervention in the S-HIT group was significantly lower than before intervention(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference before and after the S-MCT group(P> 0.05).(2)In terms of cardiopulmonary function,the quiet heart rate,maximum heart rate,heart rate reserve,and morning pulse of the S-HIT group and the S-MCT group all showed significant differences before and after the intervention(P <0.01),and the quiet heart rate(P <0.01),Heart rate reserve(P <0.01)and maximum heart rate(P <0.05)change values are significantly higher in the S-HIT group than in the S-MCT group,but there is no significant difference between the morning pulse group(P> 0.05);S-There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure(P <0.05)and diastolic blood pressure(P <0.01)before and after intervention in the HIT group,and no significant difference in the MCT group(P> 0.05);the vital capacity showed no significant difference before and after intervention(P> 0.05)),But the vital capacity index showed that after the intervention was significantly higher than before the intervention(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05).(3)In terms of sports performance indicators,the relative maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max / kg)of the two groups was significantly higher after intervention than before(P <0.05),and the difference between the groups was not significant(P> 0.05);S-The duration of exhaustion test in the HIT group was significantly higher after intervention than before the intervention(P <0.01)and there was a significant difference between the groups(P <0.05),although there was an increase in the S-MCT group after intervention but no significant difference(P> 0.05);the oxygen uptake efficiency slope(OUES)in the SHIT group was significantly increased before and after intervention(P <0.05),although the S-MCT group was improved but not significant(P> 0.05),the changes in the S-HIT group The value was significantly higher than that of the S-MCT group(P <0.05);there was no significant difference in the amount of lactic acid accumulation in the exhaustion test before and after intervention between the two groups(P> 0.05),but the change value of the S-HIT group was significantly higher than the S-MCT Group(P <0.05);200 meters and 500 meters of special performance before and after intervention were significantly improved in both groups(P <0.01),but there was no significant difference between the 200 meters performance group,only 500 meters performance S-HIT group was significantly higher In the S-MCT group(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)The special high-intensity training of dragon boat has more obvious fat-reducing effect on male dragon boat athletes of college students,but the body shape will not change significantly within 8 weeks of training.(2)The dragon boat special HIT can effectively improve the quiet heart rate,maximum heart rate,heart rate reserve,systolic / diastolic blood pressure,and vital capacity of college dragon boat athletes to improve heart and lung function.(3)The dragon boat special HIT and MCT can improve the relative maximum oxygen uptake level of athletes without any significant difference,and the effect of HIT on the performance of athletes' time performance,oxygen uptake efficiency,and lactate level is significantly better than that MCT.(4)Both trainings can effectively improve the special short-distance performance of dragon boat,but in the middle and long distance endurance event.HIT has better athletic performance and improvement ability.Therefore,it is suggested that more time-saving and efficient dragon boat special HIT training programs should be promoted in the daily training of the increasing number of college dragon boat athletes.
