Objective: Aerobic capacity is the basis of endurance quality,is an essential athlete's basic ability. At the same time,it is also an important part of endurance training.Good aerobic capacity is the prerequisite and basis for anaerobic intensive training.Aerobic endurance training can not only improve the aerobic capacity of athletes, but also plays an important role in the fatigue recovery and injury prevention of athletes after a large amount of training. Therefore,as people's understanding of the characteristics of competitive sports continues to deepen,More and more emphasis on aerobic training. In this study, the maximum aerobic speed index is applied to the training of aerobic capacity of juvenile athletes. At the same time,an endurance training mode that can not only stimulate the athlete's pleasure but also achieve the purpose of training,Provide a strong scientific basis for juvenile athletes aerobic capacity training load monitoring. Methods: In this paper,36 athletes aged 13-17 in Guangzhou Wei Lun Sports School, who have more than three years of aerobic endurance training, were selected as experimental subjects.Mathematical statistics were used to analyze the sports scores of athletes before and after the experiment Oxygen uptake, blood lactic acid and energy metabolism were statistically analyzed, and combined with literature and logical analysis method from the sports training monitoring theory analysis of the maximum aerobic speed training on the juvenile athletes aerobic capacity of practice to reveal the largest Aerobic speed indicators in the training of young athletes aerobic capacity of maneuverability. Results: Through the test and statistical analysis of the sports scores, the maximum oxygen uptake, the blood lactate value and the metabolic energy equivalent of the athletes in Guangzhou Wei Lun Sports School before and after the experiment, this study found that the juvenile athletes After three years of basic aerobic endurance training can improve the aerobic metabolism ability of athletes through high-intensity intermittent training, improve athletes maximum oxygen uptake so as to achieve the purpose of improving athletic performance.By comparing the training effect, draw the following conclusions:Conclusion:1.The athletes '100% MAS intensity and the athletes' completion times are much higher than the 110% MAS intensity at 30s: 30 s and 20s: 25 s.During repeatedrepetitions of exercise, the body uses aerobic metabolic systems to supplement oxygen consumed by exercise during exercise with creatine phosphate and muscle and oxygen stored in the blood to ensure the production of aerobic energy during the next exercise phase. When the intensity increases to a certain extent, the dynamic equilibrium will be broken and the training task of the next exercise period will not be completed.2,Running distance results show that: the experimental group 1 and group 2exercise scores were significantly improved, and the experimental group 2 lift higher than the experimental group 1,the control group before and after exercise performance test no significant change. The results showed that for athletes who had the basis of aerobic endurance training,70% MAS intensity continuous training could only maintain aerobic endurance and could not improve.100% MAS intensity intermittent training was better than 70% MAS intensity continuous training in improving athletic performance.3,Blood lactate values showed that in the training, the post-test values of blood lactate in the experimental group and the control group were lower than the pre-test values;the post-test value of blood lactic acid in the 5-minute run test was higher than the pre-lactic acid test value and combined with the running distance of 5 minutes increase. It shows that the athletes have adaptability to the training intensity.The100% MAS intensity intermittent training can effectively improve the acid resistance of the athletes.4,After eight weeks of training experiments, from the experimental group and control group maximum oxygen uptake, maximum Metall data found that both experimental groups have increased, while the control group was no difference.Description 100%MAS intensity intermittent aerobic capacity training is better than 70% MAS intensity continuous training.5.In the case of the same load, the intermittent training can bear the load longer than the continuous exercise, and the corresponding physiological load, the body can withstand more stimuli.Suggest:1,For those athletes who have aerobic stamina training basis, the proportion of high-intensity intermittent training may be moderately increased to promote the improvement of the athlete's special training ability. However, the maximum aerobic speed value of the individual should be determined in the course of training, andaccording to the individual differences of athletes,Provisions of good load intensity, load duration, intermittent rest intensity, intermittent breaks and load times, control the athlete's exercise load and intensity, according to the level of athletes ability to determine the duration of multiple groups.2,For young athletes can use high-intensity intermittent training to improve performance, but must not ignore the basic endurance training in the long-distance low-speed continuous training of importance.3.In the process of aerobic endurance training of juvenile athletes, the training methods should be timely changed, the concepts should be renewed, the athletes should be kept fresh by training, the enthusiasm of training should be adjusted, and a better training effect should be achieved.4,In the process of training, the relationship between exercise load and intensity should be handled well in accordance with the characteristics of athletes' growth and development.Training should be conducted in accordance with the training principles established by law to prevent over-training.Only when training is scientifically and reasonably arranged according to athlete's body reactions can training be guaranteed Maximize benefits.
