| Objective: The purpose of this study is to improve people’s living standards.With the improvement of living standards,recreational activities are becoming more and more diversified.Therefore,in recent years,the physical health level of teenagers has been declining year by year.The state has introduced a series of related policies to improve the physical health of teenagers.However,in the process of improving teenagers’ physical quality,sensitivity quality is often ignored.Students at both levels are in the sensitive period of the development of sensitive quality.In the sensitive period,improving students’ quality scientifically,reasonably and effectively can get twice the result with half the effort.The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the eight-week SAQ training method has a positive effect on the level of the two stage students.The intrinsic relationship between SAQ training method and sensitive quality is analyzed.Through comparative analysis and discussion of five sensitive quality test indexes before and after the experiment,some references are provided for the development of SAQ training methods in the future.Research methods: This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to explore the effect of SAQ training on the improvement of students’ sensitivity quality.Before the experiment,two classes in Grade 4 of Qiyue Experimental Primary School in Zibo were selected and divided into conventional training control group(N=40)and SAQ training experimental group(N=42)for an 8-week intervention experiment.Before and after the experiment,the subjects were tested for sensitivity and diathesis index twice.The agility test indexes used in this paper are "T-type agility,cross quadrant jump,10×4 round trip run,Illinois,Nebraska".Results: 1.The test results of T-type agility,cross quadrant jump,10×4 round trip and Nebraska test before and after the experiment of students in the control group had very significant differences(P < 0.01),while there was no significant difference in the results of Illinois agility test(P > 0.05).It shows that routine agility training has positive effect on the improvement of students’ quality.2.The sensitivity and diathesis test results of students in the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P<0.01);3.Before and after the experiment,the improvement amplitude of 10×4 round trip running,Illinois agility test and Nebraska test had a significant difference(P<0.01),the improvement amplitude of T-type agility test had a significant difference(P<0.05),and the improvement amplitude of cross quadrant jump had no significant difference(P>0.05).The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions: 1.Routine agility training can significantly improve students’ performance in T-shaped agility,cross quadrant jump,10×4 round trip run and Nebraska test,but has no significant effect on the improvement of Illinois agility test results;2.SAQ training can significantly improve the performance of five agility diathesis test indexes,and has a positive impact on students’ agility diathesis;3.Both SAQ training method and conventional agility diathestraining method have certain positive effects on the improvement of agility diathes2 students,but SAQ training method has a more significant effect on the improvement of agility diathes2 students. |
