| Research purpose: Based on the systematic combing of the literature on the concept,psychophysiological basis,dimension and measurement of sensitive quality,this study combines the transformation training method with the combination training method,and puts forward the transformation combination training suitable for the effective development of special sensitive quality of 9-12-year-old children’s badminton players.Through the creation of the change combination training scheme of sensitive quality,this paper makes a 12 week experimental intervention on the sensitive quality and special sensitive quality of 9-12-year-old children’s badminton players,discusses the influence of change combination training on the basic sensitive quality and special sensitive quality of9-12-year-old children’s badminton players,constantly enriches and improves the training methods and means of sensitive quality of children’s badminton players,and improves the scientificity and systematisms of sensitive quality training.Research methods: the subjects of this study were 14 children’s badminton players aged 9-12 years old from Yuedong badminton school in Changchun,Jilin Province.14children’s badminton players were randomly divided into groups.The experimental group was trained according to the pre-designed transformation combination training scheme,and the control group was trained according to the traditional sensitive quality training method.In the measurement of sensitive quality,through expert interview,five dimensions and seven indexes are finally determined,namely four basic sensitive quality indexes,two coordination and balance ability indexes and one badminton special sensitive quality index.Results:(1)In the basic training stage,there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in 30 s burpees test and hexagon sensitivity test(P <0.05);There were statistically significant changes in the scores of the test group before and after 4 weeks of training,including hexagonal reaction ball test,30 s push-up test,hexagonal sensitivity test,60 s rope skipping test,one-foot upright test with closed eyes and four-corner running with low center of gravity(P <0.05).The results of hexagon sensitivity test,eye closed single-foot upright test and low center of gravity quadrangle running test in the control group were statistically significant before and after4 weeks of training(P <0.05).(2)In the advanced training stage,there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the results of hexagonal reaction ball test,30 S push-up test,Illinois test,hexagonal sensitivity test,eye-closing one-foot upright test and low center of gravity four-corner running test(P <0.05);There were statistically significant changes in the scores of hexagonal reaction ball test,30 s burrow test,Illinois test,hexagonal agility test,60 s rope skipping and low center of gravity quad-corner running before 8 weeks of training in the experimental group(P <0.05).In the control group,there were statistically significant changes in the scores of the hexagonal reaction ball test,30 s bur-up test,Illinois test,hexagonal sensitivity test and one-foot upright test with closed eyes before and after 8 weeks of training(P <0.05).(3)In the improvement training phase,there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the results of hexagonal reaction ball test,30 S push-up test,Illinois test,hexagonal sensitivity test,60 s rope skipping test,eye-closing one-foot upright test and low center of gravity four-corner running test(P<0.05);The experimental group had statistically significant changes in the scores of hexagonal reaction ball test,30 s push-up test,Illinois test,hexagonal agility test,60 s rope skipping test,eye-closing one-foot upright test and low center of gravity four-corner running test before and after 12 weeks of training(P <0.05).The results of 30 burpees test in the control group were statistically significant after 12 weeks of training(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)the basic quality of badminton players can be improved by changing the sensitive combination of badminton training.(2)The traditional sensitive quality training method and the change combination training method can improve the sensitive quality of children’s badminton players,but the effect of the change combination training method may be better than the traditional sensitive quality training.(3)The effect of combined training on children’s badminton players is not significant in the early stage,but more significant in the later stage;The effect in the early stage of traditional training is more significant.Although the sensitive quality of children’s badminton players has been improved in the later stage,the effect is not significant. |
