Badminton is a multi-directional game against each other across the net.It requires players to react and start faster and change direction more flexibly in the game.In fact,it requires more sensitive quality of players. In this paper,SAQ training is introduced into the field of badminton, and the integrated training method is used to strengthen the students’ sensitive quality.Taking the badminton special selected students of sports major as the experimental object, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Using the research methods of literature, expert interview,Delphi method, mathematical statistics, and experimental method,24 badminton special selected students of the School of Physical Education of Changchun Normal University were trained for 12 weeks with different training methods. The reasons for the differences were analyzed, conclusions were drawn and suggestions were given.Starting from the six dimensions of the ability to respond to external stimuli, the ability to change direction quickly, the ability to change movement quickly, coordination, dynamic balance and special footwork, this paper selects the hexagonal ball response test, the hexagonal jump test, the repeated cross test, the vertical and horizontal support test, the closed-eye standing step test, and the low center of gravity four-corner run test as the evaluation indicators of the sensitive quality,The indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were tested with independent samples between groups and paired samples within groups, and the following results were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of SAQ training experiment, there were significant differences compared to before the experiment, including the hexagonal ball reaction test(P<0.01),hexagonal jump test(P<0.001),repeated cross test(P<0.001),upright and supine support test(P<0.01),closed eye standing step test(P<0.001),and low center of gravity corner run test(P<0.001).(2)After 12 weeks of routine sensitivity training experiment in the control group, the scores of various test items were improved to varying degrees compared to before the experiment. The hexagonal jump test(P<0.001),low center of gravity corner run test(P<0.001),closed eye standing step test(P<0.001),hexagonal ball reaction test(P<0.05),repeated cross test(P<0.05),and standing and lying test(P<0.05)showed significant differences.(3)The data from the experimental group and the control group after the experiment showed significant differences(P<0.001)in the scores of the repeated cross test and the hexagonal jump test. There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the scores of the hexagonal ball reaction test and the closed eye standing step test, while there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of the low center of gravity four corner run test and the standing and lying up test.Conclusion:(1)SAQ training has a better effect on improving students’ ability to quickly change direction, coordination, response to external stimuli, and dynamic balance compared to conventional sensitive quality training.(2)Both SAQ training and routine sensitivity training can effectively improve the performance of specialized footwork and standing and lying support tests, and there is no statistically significant difference in the improvement of performance between the two groups after the experiment, indicating that both SAQ training and routine sensitivity training have good training effects.(3)Badminton requires not only skillful techniques, but also the ability to move quickly and change direction as the basic condition.SAQ training conforms to the mobile characteristics of badminton, and has a variety of training methods, strong operability and novelty equipment, which can stimulate students’ passion for training.
