| As the demand of our country people in diversified education increases day by day,private education,like public education,has become the important strength of our country’s educational cause.There is no doubt that with the maturity of education market,the public demand for the quality of education is getting higher.Therefore,how to establish a suitable performance appraisal management system for their own development to improve the quality of education is the key.How to make good use of the teacher performance appraisal system to expand the excellent teacher team,has gradually become the focus of private education.Taking H Middle School in Lishui as an example,this thesis uses literature research,network questionnaire survey,offline interview and other research methods to explore the problems and causes of the basic private middle school teacher performance appraisal system,and summarizes the successful experience domestically and abroad.On this basis,it discusses how to optimize the path of private junior high school teacher performance appraisal system.The main body of this thesis consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research significance,literature review,research methods and research ideas.The second part is the related concepts and basic theories of the thesis: it mainly expounds the relevant definition of performance management,and the theoretical basis of this paper is introduced and analyzed: Key performance indicators assessment method(KPI),360-degree comprehensive perspective assessment method and critical event assessment method.The third part is the investigation and analysis of H Middle School in Lishui: it mainly introduces and analyzes the teacher performance appraisal system,the current content of teacher performance appraisal and the existing problems in teacher performance appraisal of H Middle School in Lishui.The fourth part is the improvement strategy of H Middle School teacher performance appraisal system.It mainly combined with the improvement principle of teacher performance appraisal system,the key appraisal indicators of H Middle School teachers are optimized and the weight of performance management indicators is reset.Finally,the advantages of the new performance system are analyzed.The fifth part is the reference and enlightenment of domestic private junior middle school teachers’ performance appraisal management experience.The sixth part is the practical application and safeguard measures of teacher performance appraisal system.It is hoped that the above suggestions can provide useful reference for the development of private middle school teacher performance appraisal system.Based on the above research,this study aims to optimize the teacher performance management system of Lishui H Middle School,improve and perfect the key assessment indicators,reassign the weight,reset the performance management indicator system,and improve the implementation and application of results.The conclusions formed by the research can be used as a direct reference for H Middle School in Lishui to optimize the teacher performance management system,and also provide indirect ideas and references for other private middle schools to improve the teacher performance management system. |
