The Research On Performance Appraisal System Of Kindergarten Teachers Based On Key Performance Indicator

Performance appraisal is an important tool for modern organization to manage human resources, which is a kind of management system to periodically examine and appraise the employee performance. Compared with other organizations of employees, kindergarten teacher is the teacher located in foundation stage of lifelong education, and is the key to determine the quality of preschool education. As for the performance appraisal of kindergarten teachers, it should not only pursue the fairness and rationality to the material aspects, but also pay attention to the independent demand of kindergarten teacher and the realization of individual value.Therefore, the rational, standardized and scientific performance appraisal plays the vital role in the construction and development of the kindergarten, which is also the research emphasis of this paper.Given this, this paper utilizes the methods of literature research, empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and serves the performance appraisal system of kindergarten teacher as the research subject. And by investigating and analyzing the performance appraisal status quo of kindergarten teacher, and pays much attention to utilize the Key Performance Indicator(KPI) to build the performance appraisal system of kindergarten teacher. Based on the initial formation of performance appraisal system of kindergarten teacher, in order to improve the scientificity of performance appraisal index system, this paper adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to calculate weight of each index, and finally determines to build the performance appraisal system of kindergarten teacher.
