Research On Establishing A National Sports Tourism Demonstration Zone In Chongqing

Sports tourism,as a new mode of integration between sports industry and tourism industry,is important to cultivate new dynamic energy for economic development and meet the diversified sports and tourism leisure needs of the masses,but the current sports tourism development still has problems such as single product structure and poor institutional mechanism,and in order to further promote the development of sports tourism,the State General Administration of Sports proposed to create a national sports tourism demonstration zone.This paper focuses on the creation of national sports tourism demonstration zone in Chongqing,using the theory of industrial integration and coordinated development theory,and research methods such as literature,field research,logical analysis and PEST analysis to study the environmental conditions,development status and optimization strategies of its creation of national sports tourism demonstration zone.The study shows that:First,Chongqing has good environmental conditions for creating a national sports tourism demonstration zone,among which the release of national and Chongqing sports tourism-related policies provides policy impetus for the creation of a national sports tourism demonstration zone in Chongqing;the increasing size of the national sports tourism market,the gradual increase in per capita disposable income and consumption expenditure of residents,and the increasing demand for sports tourism consumption of people provide market The superior location and rich sports tourism resources provide social support for its creation;the application of Internet technology and the development of intelligent sports data technology in Chongqing provides technical support for its creation.Secondly,after more than four years of construction,the development scale of Chongqing sports tourism industry has expanded year by year,and the added value of the industry has increased year by year;the municipal work promotion mechanism and the administrative approval mechanism of sports tourism have been gradually established;the typical sports tourism projects in the city show the development trend of mainly mountain sports,supplemented by water sports,aviation sports and ice and snow sports;the development results of the five zones are beginning to show,and the urban sports tourism zone The "leading" status of the urban sports tourism zone is increasing,the comprehensive development trend of the Wangsheng sports tourism zone and the Wuling Mountain outdoor sports zone is gradually emerging,the mountain sports projects in the Yangtze River Three Gorges sports tourism zone are active,and the ice and snow sports projects in the Longxing modern fashion sports tourism zone are richer;the city’s sports tourism events and festivals The number of national and municipal sports tourism brands continues to increase,and the number of sports tourism market players continues to expand.Although Chongqing has made some progress in creating a national sports tourism demonstration area,there are also problems such as imperfect sports tourism policy planning,unsound institutional mechanism,inadequate resource development,weak market players,lack of talent training,and imperfect infrastructure.Third,in order to further accelerate the creation of national sports tourism demonstration zone in Chongqing,the following six paths are proposed: First,to improve the policy system for the creation of national sports tourism demonstration zone,to play the role of policy coordination and leadership;Second,to strengthen the construction of sports tourism institutional mechanism,the formation of government,market coordination and joint efforts;Third,to deepen industrial integration,enrich the supply of sports tourism projects and activities;Fourth,to stimulate the sports tourism market players Development vitality,enhance the competitiveness of market players;five is to do a good job in the construction of talent,improve the quality of sports tourism talent development;six is to strengthen the construction of public service facilities for sports tourism,solid foundation for the development of sports tourism.
