| Supply chain management is the various activities and processes of planning,coordinating,operating,controlling and optimizing the whole system.The pathway of soccer youth reserve talent development is like a product supply chain,which integrates multiple ways and channels through a process-oriented and systematic process,and finally forms a smooth talent supply structure.From the perspective of supply chain management,it is helpful to explore a scientific,reasonable and efficient pathway for soccer youth reserve talent development.As one of the first pilot cities for soccer development in China,Chengdu City has established a relatively complete soccer youth reserve talent training pathway through long-term development,but is still facing many challenges,such as the lack of synergy between training bodies and the lack of rational training structure,which leads to poor talent training pathway,unclear integration mechanism of sports and education,and the reality that reserve talents are The real dilemma is that there is a lack of cooperation between the training bodies and the training structure.Based on this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the optimization strategies for the cultivation of youth reserve talents in Chengdu from the perspective of supply chain management.This paper uses literature,qualitative research method and expert interview method to study the pathway of Chengdu’s soccer youth reserve talent development,and selects 3 experts,3 soccer teachers and coaches,1 player of the echelon and 2management experts who are involved in the development of Chengdu’s soccer youth talent as interviewees.The interview text of 72,586 words was analyzed by three-level coding and theoretical saturation test,and finally 43 related concepts,18 categories and 5 main categories were obtained,according to which,the supply chain structure of Chengdu soccer youth reserve talent cultivation was constructed,the problems related to the path of Chengdu youth reserve talent cultivation were analyzed,and optimization strategies were provided,and the main conclusions were as follows.(1)Supply chain management is similar to soccer youth reserve talent development in terms of node form and process content,and the construction of the supply chain can ensure better talent circulation and delivery in the talent development process,thus positively influencing system changes.(2)Using the rooted theory research paradigm in the qualitative research method,the supply chain structure of youth reserve talent training in Chengdu was constructed,and the overall structure contains five parts: talent acquisition,talent integration,talent control,talent development and talent application.(3)By analyzing the supply chain structure of Chengdu’s soccer youth reserve talent development,it was concluded that the reasons for hindering the development of Chengdu’s soccer youth reserve talent include: imbalance in the development structure,stagnation in the transmission mechanism between popularization and improvement,lack of institutional control,restricted access to higher education,and difficulty in talent storage.(4)To address the specific problems of the pathway of youth reserve talent development in Chengdu soccer,it is proposed that the selection mechanism should be improved to enhance talent acquisition.Optimize talent inventory to realize talent integration.Establish tripartite cooperation to complete talent optimization.Strengthen talent construction and implement talent development.Enhance talent investment and expand talent application.(5)It is suggested to strengthen the policy leadership and solve the segmentation feature among cultivation subjects.Clarify the implementation of responsibilities and solve the problem of curing paths.Optimize cultivation paths to meet the diverse needs of individuals.Implement supply chain management to coordinate the development of soccer talent cultivation. |
