With the rapid development of social economy,culture and Internet,people will feel the oppressive feeling from life.Faced with this fast-paced learning and lifestyle,the psychological problems of teenagers and children have become more prominent,and their mental health development has been seriously threatened,which needs to be paid attention to urgently.Faced with this situation,psychologists and educators are actively exploring the application of painting therapy in the construction of adolescents’ mental health,in order to understand children’s inner world and guide their mental health development.Art course is an important way to promote aesthetic education in schools,and it has great potential in constructing students’ comprehensive quality development,cultivating their beautiful hearts and improving their mental health.This study will be guided by the theory of painting healing,and take art courses as the starting point to explore the necessity of integrating painting healing into art teaching.Firstly,the theoretical basis and basic characteristics of painting therapy are studied,and the basis and value of the combination of painting therapy and art teaching are analyzed from the perspective of art curriculum.On this basis,an investigation experiment was carried out,and the students and teachers in junior middle schools were investigated by means of interviews,questionnaires and essay writing,so as to understand students’ inner thoughts and the present situation of school art teaching,and analyze the existing problems in teaching.Based on the investigation and analysis,it is planned to adopt two forms: individual intervention and class collective intervention.Starting from the "healing" experience gained in painting,relevant courses are designed in combination with art teaching materials;Finally,interview and communicate with students in combination with paintings,observe the changes of subjects’ emotions and behaviors before and after the course,reflect on the teaching experience,and summarize the strategies of integrating the two.The results show that it is feasible to integrate painting therapy into art teaching,which can reflect the subjects’ life attitude,interpersonal relationship and emotional needs to a certain extent.Students’ inner pressure and bad emotions are released and alleviated by participating in painting.However,due to the limitations of the test method,it is necessary to combine the verbal expression of the parties when explaining the picture.
