| At present,China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,which requires the support of high-quality talents.Secondary vocational education is an important foundation of modern vocational education system.On the one hand,it provides intellectual support for social development and primary vocational skill sources of students for higher vocational colleges.On the other hand,it plays a vital role in social development,economic progress and talent training.Therefore,secondary vocational education is facing the key task of urgent reform and deepening development,among which the innovation of teaching forms is an important link to improve the quality of secondary vocational education.With the rapid development of information technology,the integration of information technology to optimize classroom teaching has become a key issue in the classroom teaching reform of secondary vocational education.The micro-lesson teaching with the characteristics of "short,small,fine and fierce",both in the form of presentation and content design,not only meets the personalized learning needs of modern secondary vocational students,but also effectively improves the teaching effect of secondary vocational classroom.Thus,this research using information technology to micro-lesson into teaching design of secondary vocational courses,put forward by professor at Florida state university in the analysis,design,development,application and implementation(ADDIE)built is based on the theory of teaching design model as the core micro-lesson of secondary vocational course design model,and verify the model in the teaching of the teaching effect.Firstly,this research defines micro-lesson,instructional design and application mode of micro-lesson.Guided by constructivism theory,audio-visual teaching theory,micro teaching theory and ADDIE instructional design model theory,it systematically summarizes this research sorts out relevant research status at home and abroad and finds out the shortcomings in the research of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.Then,on the premise of fully demonstrating the feasibility of micro-lesson teaching in the Business of Tour Guide Service Course in secondary vocational schools,the teaching design model of the course of Tour Guide Service in secondary vocational schools is constructed,which consists of five stages: teaching analysis,teaching design,development of micro-lesson,teaching application and teaching evaluation.Secondly,on the basis of the constructed ADDIE instructional design model,the secondary vocational school professional tour guide,for example,designed the corresponding micro-lesson-"scenic tour guide service",and teaching professional tour guide service in Jinan L school,through the questionnaire survey analysis of micro-lesson teaching effect before and after the test,test the secondary vocational course design model based on micro-lesson teaching effect.The results show that,after the practice of micro-lesson teaching,the students in the experimental class have significantly improved in learning interest,knowledge application ability,clear learning objectives,autonomous learning ability and class participation.In this research,ADDIE instructional design model theory was used as theoretical guidance to construct a teaching design model for the business of tour guide service course in secondary vocational schools based on micro-lessons teaching.The research results can provide theoretical support for the further research on micro-lessons teaching,and also provide reference cases for the development of micro-lessons in other courses of secondary vocational tour guide major. |
