Community Corrections For Adolescents With Multiple Difficulties Case Management Studies

At present,community correction in China is in the stage of development.Community correction as a way of serving a sentence plays an extremely important role in the physical and mental reform of criminals.With the prosperity and development of China’s economy,social contradictions are becoming more and more complex.The problems faced by teenagers in community correction are becoming increasingly prominent.Community correction is an important field of social work practice.Connotations complement each other and are intrinsically unified.The role of social workers in the field can not be ignored.Empowerment is emphasized in the concept of social work.That is to enhance the inherent rights to make their own decisions of the service objects.As a result,How to better carry out community correction for teenagers in trouble is a problem that social workers must face in practice.This paper takes G,an adolescent community correction object in a community in Yingkou City,Liaoning Province,for an example,according to its multiple difficulties and corresponding needs,using ecosystem theory,social support theory and social advantage perspective as the theoretical support of this study,the use of case management methods,linking multi-resources,in mutual cooperation to help correction objects out,regain life confidence and achieve self-value.After the end of the case management,through the evaluation of the results,the psychological dilemma of the case owner,the predicament of spiritual life and the dilemma of employment development have been solved to some degree,which proves that case management is an effective way to solve the multiple dilemmas of teenage community correction objects.It mainly emphasizes the coordinated use of the resources of all aspects to meet the multiple needs of the service objects.It makes up for the single intervention method in the form of cases,groups and so on.Enrich the practical experience of social work.Nevertheless,in the course of this service,it is restricted to subjective and objective factors.There are still some shortcomings in this service,and reflect on it in turn to explore more ways for social work case management to intervene in community correction for teenagers in multiple difficulties.
