The Case Practice And Reflection Of Social Work Intervention In Community Detoxification

With the increasing phenomenon of drug use,the environment of drug abuse has gradually deteriorated,and the community detoxification has come into being.In the 1970 s,the United States established the model of community drug addiction treatment,and then popularized and extended in the world.Because the phenomenon of drug abuse is becoming more and more serious in China,the advantages of community detoxification mode have been highlighted and developed in recent years,which has been well applied.In 2008,the drug control law of the People's Republic of China was implemented in China.The community detoxification law was clear from the legal level,which led to a certain legal basis for community drug rehabilitation.However,in related laws,there are fewer regulations involving community detoxification,and lack of maneuverability,which leads to the fact that the role of community drug rehabilitation is hard to really play.Therefore,in the new drug abstinence environment,how to better improve the effect of community detoxification has become a major problem faced by the relevant departments and related personnel.This research mainly focuses on the case practice of social work intervention in community drug rehabilitation.First,it describes the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad and so on,and clarifies the research theme of this paper.Secondly,it explains the related theories and explains the community detoxification and case work,and expounds the theoretical basis of the theory of public governance and the theory of social intervention.Then the present situation of drug addiction treatment in the A community was analyzed,involving the basic situation of the drug addicts in the A area,the work mode and the existing problems of the community detoxification.Then the case work applied to the case of community detoxification is analyzed,involving the case background,the case prediction,the service target and the plan.Finally,combined with the corresponding intervention,the case work was evaluated and reconsidered.By using A as an example of social practice,community rehabilitation intervention in the case analysis of social work,can better clear the current situation of community rehabilitation mode and existing problems,and through the case of work to analyze the community rehabilitation work to carry out specific ways,and make evaluation and reflection,so that the community rehabilitation intervention to provide a reference for social work.
