Case Work Research On The Social Function Recovery Of Detoxification Minors

Minors means a country’s future development of human power savings, now many countries pay attention to the problem of minors drug abuse.Therefore, as the number of minors drug abuse increased, a special social vulnerable groups gradually appeared in front of us, that is detoxified minors.After long-term drug rehabilitation center’s life leads to detoxified minors may have damaged the basic social function of originally, and the personal social support network further deteriorated, simply help those minors quit physical drug addiction doesn’t means that help them return to the orbit of life.In addiction, traditional attitude consider the drug abuse minors as the one who deserve to be despised and abandoned,this leads us ignore that the drug addicts is victims of a social problem--drug problem.Drug addicts is a special kind of vulnerable groups.All those reasons make detoxification minors really hard to regain the power of social support and understanding, they feel confused about themselves’ future development, it makes them fall in drug crimes again.This article embarks from the social case work in detoxification minors social function recovery problem research and applicable.This paper has five parts, the first part mainly elaborated the topic background and significance of this paper, the domestic and abroad relevant research literature, and describes the research purpose, ideas and methods of this paper,it also include innovation points and deficiencies.Second part has carried on the basic interpretation of the connotation, types of detoxification minors,and illustrates significance and necessity of case work intervention detoxification minors’ social function recovery, provided a stable theoretical basis for the rest of paper.On this basis, the third part selected a detoxification minor who from K city,Yunnan province as case study object, using the case work methods to conducted a four-month,three-stages specific intervention, in the process of intervention use the social support theory as the theoretical guidance, case social work of professional knowledge and skills for the technical guidance,gives a comprehensive understanding and analysis of client’s various kinds of problems existing in the social support system,given the corresponding solution,gradually improve client’s various social functions so that to help client return to society smoothly with the power of all kinds of social support system.Finally, this part evaluated the whole process of intervention and given out the multifaceted suggestions on how to help detoxification minors return to society.The last part made an objective summary and induction on the full text of this paper, prospected the future of social work development trend in the minors drug rehabilitation work, the author pointed out the shortcomings of author’s own capabilities and the room needs to be improve in the future.
