With the continuous improvement of the popularization of education in China,more and more teenagers have the opportunity to receive education,and the number of students is increasing day by day.But at the same time,the phenomenon of teenagers’ weariness of learning is also increasingly prominent.Adolescents are experiencing a period of physical,mental,and personality development,and their emotions are relatively unstable.They are also vulnerable to external factors.When faced with tremendous academic pressure,they have no place to release,fall into academic adversity,and struggle in pain.Over time,they gradually dissipate their enthusiasm and trust in learning,and carry negative self labels into the strange circle of learning boredom.In fact,the issue of learning weariness is no longer an individual issue,but is widespread among most students,with only slightly different levels of performance.Teenagers’ weariness of learning not only directly affects students’ academic performance and hinders their future development,but also makes parents confused,teachers worried,and society concerned.Therefore,helping adolescents improve their school weariness is a very important and urgent task,which can not only help them grow healthily,but also effectively solve this social problem.The article is carried out under the guidance of the social work major,and based on the X community in Shenyang City,it investigated and analyzed the current situation and causes of some adolescents’ school weariness,according to their actual needs,based on relevant theories and from the perspective of resilience,we systematically carry out group activities using a group supportive learning model,give full play to the power of mutual support and positive influence among group members,learn from each other,promote together,and help students who are tired of learning to tear down negative labels,correctly understand themselves,discover their strengths,and enhance self-confidence and optimism.At the same time,guide team members to establish a correct learning attitude,stimulate learning motivation,improve learning ability,cultivate excellent learning quality and willpower,reduce the sense of rejection of learning,and achieve the goal of improving teenagers’ weariness of learning.Through research,it can be found that the group work method has applicability in improving teenagers’ school weariness.Teenagers who are bored with learning can gain the power to help each other through participating in colorful group activities in supportive learning groups,master the experience and skills to improve their academic level,and thereby improve their weariness.At the same time,families,schools,and communities should also play their role in improving school weariness,providing certain assistance to teenagers and enabling them to achieve better growth and development.In addition,as social workers,they should continuously improve their comprehensive quality,be adept at using professional methods to solve practical problems,and promote the acceleration of the localization process of social work.
