We are in the era of information and knowledge explosion,People's Daily life is inseparable from the use of knowledge,so as an important source of knowledge education activities are more and more attention,the purpose of education is to cultivate interest in learning,stimulate the motivation of learning.In the process of educational activities,the most basic learning needs the guidance of teachers,so as to gradually stimulate teenagers' interest in learning and finally achieve the purpose of cultivating the motivation of independent learning.Due to the lack of motivation for young people's independent learning,the learning effect is not good.In addition,many other reasons lead to the unsatisfactory effect of independent learning,and even the problems such as low learning efficiency and aversion to learning,which run counter to the original intention of education to impart knowledge and cultivate motivation.Therefore,this study used group working method to intervene in the cultivation of adolescents' autonomous learning motivation.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 teenagers in the L Community Children's Wonderland to analyze the current situation of teenagers' independent learning from four dimensions: learning motivation,learning goal,learning interest and learning need.By analyzing the questionnaire and using the method of unstructured interview,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the motivation of adolescents' independent learning.Starting from the motivation system of adolescents' independent learning,under the guidance of Bandura's social learning theory,through the needs analysis,program design,service intervention,effect evaluation,group work involved in the cultivation of adolescents' independent learning motivation,so as to strengthen the motivation of adolescents' independent learning.Secondly,using the observational learning principle of social learning theory,the intervention effects of group work in the observation process,maintenance process,motor representation process and motivation process of adolescents' autonomous learning were analyzed and evaluated.Reflect on problems found,from the perspective of social work perspective proposes advocate flip the classroom into the campus,the active participation of exploring teenagers patterns of learning process,promote the transformation of teachers "force-feeding" teaching mode,and promote the transition of the guardian education concepts and skills,integrate social forces to participate in the construction of autonomous learning environment and so on,The aim is to enhance the motivation of young people to study autonomously.
