According to the data of the USA centers for disease surveillance and prevention in 2015, the incidence of autism is presenting the trend of rapid growth, the social and economic pressures caused by autism are on the rise. In terms of our country, our country has not carried out the national survey on people with autism, but we can infer the incidence of our country’s autism is 1/100 by the report.Autism is a congenital disease, the symptoms show in patients’childhood and adolescence. Although autism is incurable, we can help them integrate into society by effective behavior analysis and behavioral intervention as long as the early. Therefore, the professional social workers should pay more attention to the disadvantaged group autism, especially adolescents with autism. As can be seen from the media, people pay close attention to autistic children, the adolescents with autism is rarely mentioned.N institution is one of the few institutions which contain autistic adolescents’ services in Nanjing. It provides a platform for us to understand autism adolescents. From June 29,2015 to September 4,2015, the writer stayed in N institution for two and a half months, and serviced the adolescents with autism based on the identity of social worker. During the internship, based on the concept of "help people to help themselves", with the help of N institution workers, the writer try to use group work of social work practice methods in the exploration of adolescents with autism service, then, designed and carried out 12 times activities with the help of N institution workers. Under the group work’s intervention, we hope that we can correct their behavior and guide their ability development. Then, we can help them build social consciousness. Finally, we can help them integrate into society. N institution has not held similar profession activities before, so this study provides a feasible service way for N institution.The study’s research object are autistic adolescents in N institutions. Under the guidance of group dynamics, we make autistic adolescents group work from the perspective of professional social work. Aimed at the dynamic development trend at every stage during the group work, we analysis the process of group dynamics generates and develop in adolescents’ autism group, and we analysis the influence of group dynamics to autism adolescents group. We make the localization research of group dynamics in group work.The research methods of this study include action study, observation and document study. The content of action study includes the writer fully participate in the previous investigation, proposal writing, professional relationship building, planning, evaluation and reflection. Combining action and research, the writer puts forward the research direction of group dynamics in adolescents with autism group, and takes directional survey for action study. The content of observation study includes the writer collects the data through participative observation research. Before each activity, the writer takes simple interaction with group members to understand their memory of the previous activities. In the process of activities, the writer records group members’ change, process and problems carefully. The content of document study includes the writer analysis the group work record, conclusion, relevant materials of institution, etc.The study analysis the activities and team members’record in "Blossoming Teenagers" group work service, and the group process is divided into three stages: initial stage, intermediate stage, end stage. According to the multivariate dynamics model of Liu Meng, we analyze the three stages. In the initial stage, the group dynamics began to form, the content that including the support of institution, the definition of education group, the characteristics of group worker and team members. affects the group dynamics. In the middle of the group stage, the group dynamics started to develop, the influence factor includes the rotavirus mode of communication, the cohesion of group, conflict and conflict solving mode. At the end of the group stage, the writer combined group activities with the regular teaching activities, including the content of activities, the time of activities and the place of activities. The writer deal with autism’ late departure mood and helps them back to the class smoothly.Finally, this study aimed at evaluating the process and results of "Blossoming Teenagers" group work service. The content of evaluation includes the following: First, there are three dynamic stages in "Blossoming Teenagers" group, including input-integration-output. But the dynamic factors of autism group are different from the general teenager group, they affect the process of group work. Second, each team’s target and the entire group goal of "Blossoming Teenagers" group work service is reached. Third, the expansibility of "Blossoming Teenagers" group work mainly is displayed in providing a novel autism service way for N institution. The content of reflection includes the following:First, the particularity of adolescents with autism group lies in the service object and the special auxiliary method. Second, the universality of group work to autism foster institutions lies in the universal spirit value and function. Third, because of the lack of professional social workers, it is difficult to guarantee the continuity of autistic adolescent services group in institution. Fourth, the problems of connecting group work to institution regular service.
