| In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have conducted research on classroom problem behaviors from different angles.The research objects mainly involve primary and secondary schools,and there are few studies on classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students.However,it is common for students in secondary vocational schools to chat with classmates,doze off or sleep,disturb other students and others.These problem behaviors in classroom will not only have a negative effect on the learning state and learning effect of secondary vocational students,but also will not help them to better learn knowledge and develop skills.In the long run,it will have a negative impact on their growth and success.At the same time,it will affect the progress of classroom teaching,reduce the quality of classroom teaching,and cause teachers to be unable to complete the classroom teaching plan.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to carry out in-depth research and analysis on the classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students and its causes.By referring to the survey results of some domestic scholars on the classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students and combining the opinions of teachers of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa,this study took students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa as the research object,and compiled the questionnaire on classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa.A series of scientific analyses were made on the questionnaire data to explore the dimensional division of classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa and its causes,and the causes of classroom problem behaviors of students were analyzed in combination with the interview content of teachers.Finally,starting from the causes,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve students’ problem behaviors in classroom.Hoping to keep up with the current trend of vigorously developing vocational education at the national level,improve students’ learning quality of vocational education and promote the high-quality and diversified development of secondary vocational education.The above questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 248 students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa and an interview with professional teachers.The research results showed that:First,the classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa has mild characteristics in degree and different characteristics in frequency.Secondly,there are significant differences in the classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa in terms of gender,major and grade.Thirdly,the cause of classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa has a multi-dimensional structure,including student factor,teacher factor,curriculum factor,family environment factor and school environment factor.Based on the above analysis on the classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa and its causes,this study puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of student factor,teacher factor,curriculum factor,family environment factor and school environment factor,so as to improve the classroom problem behaviors of students of tourism service majors in the second vocational school in Lhasa and improve the classroom learning effect of students. |
