A Research On The Project Curriculum Development Of "Housekeeper Service Of Tourism B&B" For Tourism Majors In Secondary Vocational Schools

The advent of the era of mass tourism,the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,and the rapid advancement of urbanization have brought about a thirst for rural leisure vacations,promoting the rapid development of the tourism B&B industry.With the growth of market demand,capital support and government encouragement,China’s tourism B&B industry has entered a period of rapid development.The demand for tourism B&B talents is increasing day by day,however,under such a strong market demand,the corresponding is a serious shortage of tourism B&B industry talents,tourism B&B talents training serious shortage.According to the author,there are still only a few secondary,senior and undergraduate colleges and universities in the country that offer the professional direction of tourism and lodging.And because the exploration of these majors and courses is still in its initial stage,it is difficult to ensure the quality of student training.The rapidly developing B&B industry requires not only better physical conditions and management capabilities for operators,but also higher requirements for the overall quality of B&B practitioners.If the emerging tourism B&B economy wants to surge ahead in the market competition,it must pay sufficient attention to the cultivation of B&B talents.This study systematically grasps the current situation and demand of tourism B&B courses for secondary tourism majors through questionnaire surveys of secondary tourism students and semi-structured interviews with secondary tourism teachers and tourism B&B industry veterans.Through the in-depth communication with senior people in the tourism B&B industry,we have a more comprehensive understanding of the demand for professional talents in the tourism B&B industry.Based on the demand for talents in the tourism B&B industry,based on the project curriculum development education theory,and based on the teaching standards of tourism majors,the course objective of "Tourism B&B Butler Service" is determined.In accordance with the analysis of the job tasks and vocational ability of tourism B&B housekeepers,the course objectives and the suggestions of the course content from the experts of tourism B&B industry,teachers and students of secondary tourism majors during the research process,the course content system of "Tourism B&B Housekeeping Service" was constructed.The more typical course contents were also selected for project teaching program design,and the course implementation suggestions were made according to the course teaching needs and the actual situation of school education and teaching.This study has six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the study,the purpose and content of the study,the research methods and ideas,and the innovation points of the study.The second part is the core concept and theoretical foundation,defining the project curriculum,tourism B&B,and tourism B&B housekeeper,and elaborating the theoretical foundation of this paper.The third part is the demand analysis of the project curriculum development.A questionnaire survey is conducted for secondary tourism students to analyze the students’ knowledge of tourism B&B and tourism B&B housekeeper positions,school tourism B&B class course offerings,project curriculum development needs and suggestions,and curriculum implementation problems;semi-structured interviews are conducted with tourism teachers to analyze the current situation of school curriculum,the development of tourism B&B class courses,and the The text is sorted out by semi-structured interviews with tourism teachers on the current situation of the school’s curriculum,the necessity of tourism B&B class curriculum development,and the proposal of "Tourism B&B Butler Service" curriculum development.The fourth part is the project curriculum development of "Tourism B&B Butler Service",which has four sections,the first is the analysis of tourism B&B butler work tasks and occupational ability,the second is the preparation of curriculum standards,which mainly includes the formulation of curriculum objectives and the cons and the fourth project curriculum teaching resources development.The fifth part is the course implementation proposal of "Tourism B&B Butler Service".The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.
