Abstract/Summary:
With the industrial transformation and upgrading,the manufacturing industry has further implemented intelligent manufacturing projects,promoted the high-end and intelligent manufacturing industry,and put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.As the cradle of training first-line skilled talents,secondary vocational schools need to adjust the training process in time according to industrial development.As the carrier of talent training,curriculum plays a very important role."Competition and education integration" integrated education links the industry,education and competition circles,which can effectively ensure that the teaching process is connected with the industrial development.This paper focuses on the curriculum development of PLC Technology and Application in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of consulting the policy documents of vocational education reform and a large number of literatures,this paper analyzes the research status of "integration of competition and education" and secondary vocational curriculum development,defines the core concepts,establishes the theoretical basis,clarifies the development ideas,and formulates the research program.Through field research,we understand the current situation of course teaching and the demand of talents in enterprises,and find that there is a mismatch between supply and demand of course teaching and the demand of enterprises.To solve these problems,the curriculum development research of "PLC Technology and Application" and "integration of competition and teaching" was carried out.First,four typical tasks were determined and analyzed.Second,study the question bank of the National Vocational Skills Competition "Electrical Maintenance and Installation",analyze the skill requirements of the competition project,and find the integration point of "competition and teaching";Thirdly,it carries out curriculum development research from four aspects: formulating teaching standards,reconstructing teaching content,designing teaching implementation and formulating evaluation system to realize "integration of competition and teaching".Fourthly,carry out curriculum teaching based on action oriented teaching mode,and analyze the teaching effect.By selecting two parallel classes of Electrical Technology and application major of H Secondary Vocational School in Zhuzhou,Hunan as the experimental class and the control class,the teaching design is carried out with the specific case of "PLC Control of Subsection Conveyor" in the course of PLC Technology and Application,and the implementation is carried out in the experimental class.After the case teaching,questionnaire survey and quantitative evaluation are used to further verify the effectiveness of the "integration of competition and teaching" course.The research shows that the course "PLC Technology and Application" "integration of competition and teaching" in secondary vocational schools has good teaching effect,which can effectively consolidate students’ knowledge base and cultivate practical skills,and can provide reference for the development of other courses "integration of competition and teaching".
