With the rapid development of e-commerce industry,e-commerce skills increased demand for job seekers also put forward higher vocational skills and comprehensive ability standards.It is imperative to cultivate secondary vocational students to meet the needs of enterprises and industries and promote the healthy development of e-commerce.Therefore,through the integration of "class competition" teaching mode to improve the teaching mode of e-commerce professional courses,improve the teaching level and students’ learning efficiency,is of great importance to the cultivation of high-quality talents of e-commerce specialty in secondary vocational schools.As one of the core courses of e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools,Introduction to E-commerce has a wide range of contents and is characterized by practicality,comprehensiveness and theory.How to improve secondary vocational school students’ interest and initiative in learning this course,and master the basic and practical skills of e-commerce are the problems that curriculum teachers and vocational and technical education researchers need to solve.This research is based on the "lesson-competition" integrated teaching mode,taking the teaching of "Introduction to Electronic Commerce" in secondary vocational schools and students majoring in electronic commerce as the research objects,and mainly discusses how to introduce the "lesson-competition" integrated teaching mode into the teaching of "Introduction to Electronic Commerce" under the combination of various mature teaching methods,so as to break through the existing teaching mode,achieve the goal of cultivating students’ professional skills and comprehensive professional quality,and achieve the goal of cultivating talents that meet the current needs of the electronic commerce industry.This study consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,sorts out and analyzes the relevant research literature,determines the research ideas,research methods and points out the innovation points;The second part is to define the core concepts of the study and determine the theoretical support;The third part investigates and designs the current situation of "teaching" and "learning" of the course,analyzes the current situation of "Introduction to E-commerce" by distributing questionnaires to students,interviewing teachers and observing in class,and summarizes the following problems in the current teaching of "Introduction to E-commerce" :(1)The teaching mode is traditional and single,with "transmission-acceptance" as the main mode;(2)The proportion of evaluation content is more important than theory,and the evaluation subject is single;(3)Students’ participation in class is low;(4)The selection of competition members emphasizes elitism;(5)Course teaching is separated from skill competition.The fourth part is to put forward the teaching reform strategy of "Course Competition" integrated teaching mode applied to the course of "Introduction to Electronic Commerce" in secondary vocational schools to solve the existing problems.Firstly,the content and characteristics of the textbook Introduction to E-commerce in secondary vocational schools are analyzed,and the content of e-commerce skills competitions in secondary vocational schools represented by national and school levels is summarized,and then the feasibility of the integrated teaching mode of "class competition" in curriculum application is analyzed.Secondly,based on the design principles,the elements of the integrated teaching mode of "class competition" are clarified,and the framework of the integrated teaching mode of "class competition" is designed from the aspects of teaching preparation,teaching practice and course evaluation and assessment.In the fifth part,the application of the teaching mode of "class competition" in the course of "Introduction to E-commerce" is carried out.Firstly,the implementation purpose and teaching object are analyzed.Secondly,taking the learning task of Short Video Marketing as a case,the traditional teaching mode is adopted in the control class,and the "class competition" integrated teaching mode is implemented in the experimental class.Finally,the learning effect of students in the experimental class and the control class is investigated by questionnaire,and the teaching effect is compared and analyzed.In the sixth part,according to the test results of teaching practice,the research conclusions and shortcomings in the research are drawn,and the research prospects are given,so as to apply the "class-competition" integrated teaching model to classroom teaching,provide reference and suggestions for the curriculum teaching reform of e-commerce specialty in secondary vocational schools,and then cultivate e-commerce talents who can adapt to the high-quality development of e-commerce specialty. |
