As an important dimension to evaluate the professional standards of principals,curriculum leadership plays an extremely important role in the management of vocational schools and determines the smooth realization of school curriculum leadership.This paper takes L vocational school as the sample object and conducts in-depth interviews and surveys in the sample schools.In the survey,it was found that the principal of the sample schools did well in some aspects,the principal had a correct understanding of his own roles,and played a leading role in curriculum leadership.However,there are still certain deviations: the guiding height of curriculum ideology is not enough;The integration of courses and certificates needs to be strengthened;The dual teacher system has not yet been formed;Inadequate utilization of curriculum resources;The lack of a systematic curriculum implementation has hindered the improvement of curriculum leadership in sample schools.The main reason is influenced and restricted by social environment,educational system,selection mechanism,assessment mechanism,and principal’s own factors.Based on this,this article lists the following promotion strategies:1 、 Improve their own curriculum literacy and enhance their ability to lead curriculum ideas.It is necessary to establish curriculum training objectives,concentrate on curriculum reform,carefully study the new curriculum reform,maintain a comfortable attitude towards curriculum reform,and transition from complex social affairs to discipline and professional growth.2、 Reasonably plan the curriculum plan: implement the integration mechanism of course certification,competition,and post,and achieve the goal of determining courses based on posts,matching courses with certificates,implementing competitions based on certificates,and promoting construction based on competitions.3、 Balance the proportion of public courses and practical training courses,and strengthen the proportion of practical training courses.4、 Improve the ability of curriculum team building: Encourage the construction of a harmonious double qualified team.We will improve the teacher incentive mechanism,improve the system for building a "double qualified" characteristic teacher team,focus on the "1+X" certificate system,carry out training for all teachers,and build a two-way communication and collaboration community for school and enterprise personnel.5、 Reasonably integrate internal and external resources.Take the sharing of high-quality courses as an opportunity to achieve flipped classrooms and strengthen the use of external resources in schools.6 、 Strengthen the management of curriculum implementation process: use evaluation mechanism to promote the systematization of curriculum management.
