Based On PEST Method Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Snow And Ice Sports In Shijiazhuang Primary And Secondary Schools

The successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has triggered a snow and ice sports fever in the country.Zhangjiakou,Hebei province,is one of the important organizers of the Beijing Winter Olympics.Hebei Province has actively responded to and cooperated with the national deployment of the Winter Olympics,further demonstrated the image of China,Beijing and Hebei in the world,and better participated in the international Olympic family.As the capital of Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang city is the most important image of Hebei Province.Therefore,it is of great significance for Beijing Olympics to create the atmosphere of the Winter Olympics and develop the sports of the Winter Olympics.Campus is one of the most important Windows for the publicity and development of ice and snow sports in the Winter Olympics,as well as the basis for the development of ice and snow sports in the Winter Olympics in China.It is of realistic and strategic significance to develop the campus ice and snow sports at the opportunity of the Beijing Winter Olympics.Therefore,the analysis and countermeasures of the influencing factors of ice and snow sports in Shijiazhuang city has an indescribable important role and significance for the long-term development of ice and snow sports.In order to promote the popularity of ice and snow sports and the overall development efficiency,governments at all levels issued a series of policies to promote the healthy development of ice and snow sports and ice and snow into the campus activities,the education management department issued "about accelerating the opinions of the national youth ice and snow sports into the campus",clear requirements and ice and snow sports into the campus education,training,game management,etc.The Hebei Provincial government formulated and issued the Notice of Hebei Provincial Department of Education on Vigorously Carrying out Ice and Snow Sports on Campus,pointing out that ice and snow sports in ice and snow sports on campus is one of the important links and contents of primary and secondary schools to carry out ice and snow activities,and promoted ice and snow sports through the establishment of relevant demonstration schools and characteristic schools.In order to promote and accelerate the implementation of the spirit of the relevant documents,theShijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government proposed to effectively accelerate the promotion of ice and snow into the campus in the " Shijiazhuang Ice and Snow Industry Development Plan(2018-2025).Shijiazhuang Education Bureau held a special scheduling meeting for the activities of snow and ice sports,and formulated specific requirements for the work of snow and ice sports in Shijiazhuang,emphasizing the guarantee of funds,the establishment of typical demonstration and teachers.By collecting,integrating and studying the current development of campus ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang,we analyze the influencing factors of the promotion and development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang,which is of great significance to the development of campus ice and snow sports in Shijiazhuang.This study studied the influencing factors of PEST method,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and case analysis method,including primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang.Through the comprehensive analysis of politics(Politics),economy(Economic),society(Society)and technology(Technology),we can grasp the external macro environment and evaluate the impact of these aspects on the formulation of strategic objectives and the direction of reform.On the basis of the concept of promoting the development of students’ core literacy,the influencing factors are analyzed in multiple dimensions,and suggestions and improvement measures are put forward to help the development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang.The research results show that:(1)Targeted ice and snow sports policies issued by governments at all levels,It provides the policy foundation and the political foundation for the healthy development of ice and snow sports;(2)The sustained and healthy economic development provides the basic economic basis for the development of ice and snow sports,In terms of the economic factors,School special funds and family income levels,It has a great impact on the ice and ice sports into the campus;(3)The transformation of residents’ consumption intention has formed the social basis for campus ice and snow sports,In terms of the social factors,The attitude of students’ parents and the cognition and professional level of full-time teachers are the important factors affecting the entry of ice and snow sports into the campus;(4)In the technical aspect,Lack of venues,lack of teachers,lack of perfect curriculum system,parents worry about safety risks,students’ excessive learning tasks,lack of ice and snow sports activities are the important factors affecting the entry of ice and snow sports into the campus;(5)The problem of college promotion corresponding to ice and snow sports and the lack of students’ ice and snow sports planning are the core problems to be solved urgently in campus ice and snow sports.According to the research results,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)to support social organizations and encourage school-enterprise cooperation to solve the resource allocation problems such as sites,funds and teachers;(2)Strengthen multi-party cooperation,Use the integration of sports and education policy to set up full-time positions for coaches,Introduce talents;(3)Optimize the curriculum system,Implementing the policy of "double reduction",Reduce the burden on students,Increase the number of matches and the number of participants,Combining popularization and improvement,Integrate "learning,training,competition and evaluation",Expanding the ice and snow population,Promote ice and snow sports into the campus;(4)Strengthen safety measures and strengthen sound communication with parents;(5)Change and optimize the teaching concept,highlight the cultivation of sports core literacy,assist the students to establish the long-term planning of ice and snow sports,and use the policies to solve the export problem of college entrance examination;(6)Promote the integration of home,society and school,Promote the development of ice and snow sports campus.Research conclusion:(1)The series of policies issued by governments at all levels and related departments for ice and snow sports provide policy support for the development of ice and snow sports and lay the political foundation;they provide basic economic guarantee for the ice and snow sports on campus;the change of residents’ consumption consciousness provides social cognitive recognition for the benign development of ice and snow sports on campus.(2)Resource allocation,security risks,learning and training contradictions,curriculum system,college policy and other issues are the core problems to be solved in campus ice and snow sports.(3)Strengthening the cooperation between schools and social sports organizations,reasonably arranging the setting of full-time posts for coaches and increasing the number of competitions at all levels are all feasible ways to explore the new development mode of campus snow and ice development.(4)The teaching concept should pay attention to the cultivation of the core sports quality,pay attention to the integration of "home,society and school",and pay attention to the combination of popularization and improvement,which is the key to the development of the campus ice and snow projects.(5)The ice and snow sports into the campus should deeply grasp and understand the four influencing factors of politics,economy,society and technology.The four factors can form the solution of ice and snow sports into the campus and promote the sustainable development of ice and snow sports on campus.
