In the context of the successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games,China has set off a climax of the development of ice and snow sports,which is also an important opportunity for the rapid development of China’s ice and snow sports industry.Heilongjiang Province is the forerunner of the development of ice and snow sports,and the scientific guidance of "ice,snow and Gold Mountains and silver mountains" provides new opportunities for the development of ice and snow sports in Harbin.General secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of the popularization of ice and snow sports for young people and attached great importance to the development of ice and snow sports into the campus.The youth groups have increasingly become the reserve force for the development of China’s ice and snow sports.Harbin,as an important city that early launched the youth ice and snow sports nationwide,will open a new chapter of ice and snow sports into the campus.This paper takes the market promotion path of ice and snow sports in Harbin primary and secondary schools as the research object,analyzes the market promotion situation of ice and snow sports in the campus,systematically studies many factors closely related to the market promotion,such as ice and snow policy,professional talents,teaching venues,etc.,and explores the construction of Harbin middle and primary schools with reference to the management mode and market characteristics of ice and snow sports in Beijing campus Learn the market-oriented path of ice and snow sports,and speed up the development process of promoting ice and snow sports into the campus.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview to explore and data analysis the promotion path of ice and snow sports in Harbin primary and secondary schools into the campus market.The research conclusions and suggestions are as follows:The conclusion is as follows: firstly,the process of Harbin Ice and snow sports entering the campus market is not optimistic.Secondly,the lag of market promotion is the main reason for a series of problems of Harbin Ice and snow sports entering the campus.Finally,Harbin can learn from Beijing in the way and concept of market promotion.According to the conclusion,the operation path suggestions are as follows: first,within the budget,the government purchases the relevant service path.Formulate the government’s Guide to purchase ice and snow sports services,clarify the purchase procedures,and continue to increase the proportion of purchase;secondly,create a multi-faceted cross-border industry promotion path of school enterprise integration.We need to deeply explore the trend of diversified development,help the development of ice and snow sports on campus and support the sports industry at the same time.Third,we need to link resources and establish a new path for the development of "government,society and enterprise" cooperation.To raise funds through multiple channels,encourage social capital to enter,and realize the rise of ice and snow industry and the win-win development of education;fourthly,to innovate ideas and establish the development path of ice and snow culture cultivation market.The intervention of "media and cloud era",the innovation of school ice and snow campaign publicity mode,and the stimulation of students to participate in the transformation of ice and snow action force;fifthly,the implementation,the establishment of school ice and snow market policy implementation supervision path.We will strengthen oversight and supervision to reduce the generation of power rent-seeking and corruption.
