With the successful bidding of the current Winter Olympic Games,the General Administration of sport of the People's Republic of China officially released the implementation outline of promoting 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports(2018-2022),and the development of ice and snow industry ushered in a "spring".Under the influence of the current environment,the "cold" project of ice and snow sports will surely bring "hot" effect,which will lead to the active participation of the whole nation in ice and snow sports,which will usher in a wave of ice and snow heat in the whole country.As the future of our country,teenagers are undoubtedly favored by our country.As the main body of the school,how to create a kind of ice and snow atmosphere in the school so that teenagers can spontaneously participate in ice and snow sports,and be loved by teenagers has become the key to the development of ice and snow sports in China.The construction of school with ice and snow characteristics is bound to create a good ice and snow atmosphere and lead young people to actively participate in ice and snow sports.Heilongjiang Province is located in the northernmost part of China,and its geographical advantage is very conducive to the development of ice and snow sports.Taking the characteristic school of ice and snow sports as a breakthrough,it will promote the overall improvement of school sports.In 2017,primary and secondary schools in Heilongjiang Province selected 180 schools with ice and snow sports characteristics,which are distributed in various cities and counties of Heilongjiang Province.In October 2018,Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education issued the notice on Further Strengthening ice and snow education in schools.It is expected to complete the construction of ice and snow sports characteristic schools by 500 in 2022,so that every student can understand ice and snow sports,master ice and snow sports,and strive to become the leader of ice and snow sports characteristic schools in the country.In order to make the characteristic school of ice and snow sports develop better,to understand the development situation of the characteristic school of ice and snow sports,and to probe into some problems existing in the development of the characteristic school and put forward reasonable suggestions,this paper selects Daqing city of Heilongjiang Province to carry out the research.Daqing city is located in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province.It has a wide area,a stable permanent population,and its economy ranks first in Heilongjiang Province,second only to Harbin,so it is called the sub center city of Heilongjiang Province.Daqing city has abundant ice and snow resources in winter,with a long duration in winter and many lakes.It is known as the city of hundreds of lakes.These natural conditions provide a strong guarantee for the development of ice and snow sports.Therefore,this paper selectsDaqing City in Heilongjiang Province to carry out the research,which has certain representativeness in Heilongjiang Province.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.to carry out research on the four snow and ice sports characteristic schools selected in the first batch of 2017 in Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province,This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of its development,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for its later development,so as to provide some reference for the future development of Daqing snow sports characteristic school.The conclusion is as follows:1.There is a serious shortage of teachers of ice and snow specialty in Daqing ice and snow sports school,which can not meet the basic needs of teaching;the use of ice and snow teachers,coaches and referees is not sufficient,and can not provide corresponding guarantee for them.2.The ice and snow ground is not enough to meet the students' needs for class,students can not reach the professional ground,and can not guarantee the safety of students;the ice and snow activity area available for participation is small,and students can not get real exercise.3.The publicity atmosphere of Daqing ice and snow sports school is weak,which does not really reflect the "appearance" of ice and snow sports school,and fails to achieve good publicity among teachers and students;some leaders take the "indulgence" state for the development of school sports,the basic work is not implemented in place,and still take the "appearance" mode,which seriously hinders the ice and snow sports in the campus The development of the school ice and snow funds are not enough to support the daily ice and snow training team training and competition,and there is no integration with the society,mainly relying on the funding from the relevant departments of the school;4.Students' athletes can't get the relevant preferential policies for entering school,which leads to the failure of both learning and training.Teachers,parents and students have different opinions on the development of school sports,which reduces the enthusiasm of students to participate in ice and snow sports events;ice and snow sports events don't play a real leading role;theoretical knowledge can't be viewed correctly,and they think that ice and snow teaching can only learn skills,and the theoretical part is the same However,students can't really grasp the essence of ice and snow sports.5.Although snow and ice featured schools have carried out relevant snow and ice sports courses,there are few kinds of courses,which can not meet the diverse needs of students.Many students' favorite snow and ice sports have not been carried out in schools,so many teenagers can only be forced to learn some snow and ice skills,which is not fully satisfied.In addition,the learning of ice and snow sports is greatly affected by the weather environment.When students learn related skills,they can't reach the state of perseverance.They can only touch it in winter.In other seasons,the same group sports are not added,which has a great impact on the improvement of students' skills.
