From quality to core literacy,from group discussion to collaborative inquiry,along with the revision of the curriculum standards,along with education more concerned about the healthy growth of students,we focus on solving the training of students into what kind of people,but also to further promote-"Chinese students develop core literacy"(China Education Institute,2016).The proposal of students’ core literacy attracted widespread attention in the education sector.The high school curriculum standards have also been updated and revised.To be the counterpart,the latest change is that the "ideological and moral" changed its name to "moral and the rule of law" in the autumn of 2016,putting "core literacy" as one of the important indicators of the subject.The term "core literacy",once put forward in the academic community,has formed a strong research atmosphere.The education sector,as well as the primary and secondary school reform pioneer schools have developed or carried out diverse discussion atmosphere based on the core of the curriculum,learning and teaching,evaluation,etc.However,the core literacy is not the same as the previous education of "quality education".Core literacy aims to solve problems in the growth of students in a more long-termed and practical way.In other words,the cultivation of core literacy is the core ability and need of the development of students.The class of the Moral and rule of law class,known as political class in the junior high,being an important part of moral education curriculum in the implementation of core literacy,also should dare to try and explore.In the autumn of 2016,the country formally applied the new textbook "moral and the rule of law".Through personal practice,and reference to the development of student core development standards with the existing literature,the author hopes to provide some practical support for junior high’s class of the moral and rule of law and the cultivation of the core of the discipline.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly discusses the core literacy,the rise of the core of the discipline and the existing literature that focus on the relevant topics.At the same time,this chapter also expounds the main problems to be studied in the course of morality and rule of law,and discusses the purpose and significance of the topic,showing the necessity of this research on the advancement of morality and rule of law.The second part presents the definition of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,which is the concept of this thesis.In this section,it defines the key words in the text,which is "core literacy" and "core competence".Meanwhile,it also defines the"core and moral discipline of morality and rule of law" with the existing literature and policy guidelines,and updates the goal of the cultivation of the discipline of morality and rule of law.Moreover,this chapter is based on the theory of constructivism,cognitive development and Gardner’s multiple intelligences,providing a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of disciplines and core disciplines.The third part,which is the main part of this argument,exploring the ways to cultivate the core literacy of morality and rule of law.This section explains how to cultivate the core culture of morality and the rule of law in the practice process of teaching by analyzing the ways in which the moral and the rule of law curriculum may exist or be used in the course of the study with the real cases,the analysis of hidden problems,the education of national conditions and so on.In the last part of the thesis,the author puts forward some polices and suggestions on the implementation of the core literacy of morality and the rule of law in the light of the practice of self-education and teaching.Though there lacks relevant literatures,this paper indeed tries to make a contribution to the development of core competence in moral and rule of law research,and to promote the continuous update of the core training mode of the moral and rule of law. |
