Research On The Cultivation Of Students’ Labor Literacy In The Course Of Morality And Rule Of Law In Primary School

As an important component of students’ comprehensive quality,labor literacy plays a role in promoting their overall development.Morality and the Rule of Law is a key course for pupils to form correct labor concepts,develop good habits and improve the ability of innovation and practice.The understanding of the primary school students Morality and the Rule of Law from standpoint,attaches great importance to the elementary student’s direct experience and feelings,attaches great importance to the elementary student’s thinking and their own experiences,emphasizes the students experience the process of autonomy,interaction and experience,promote the labor consciousness,innovation spirit and practice ability of development,in order to improve the labor quality of students.The article sorted out and analyzed the literature related to labor literacy,and then classifies and summarizes the content of labor education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in primary schools.And concluded that labor literacy includes four aspects: labor cognition,labor emotion,labor habit and labor practice.Secondly,it expounds the significance of cultivating students’ labor literacy in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in primary schools.Through the use of questionnaires and interviews,a comprehensive survey was carried out on the students,teachers and parents of the three primary schools in Y County,and the actual teaching cases were studied and analyzed,so as to summarize the current problems in the labor literacy of the primary school students,such as the Problems such as lack of labor cognition,insufficient emotional investment of primary school students,lack of good labor habits and insufficient labor practice ability of primary school students.It is concluded that the factors affecting the development of students’ labor literacy include the lack of effective guidance in family labor education,the lack of school’s attention to labor education,the undeveloped labor education resources,and the lack of labor enthusiasm of primary school students.This thesis proposes measures to cultivate primary school students’ labor literacy from the perspective of Morality and the Rule of Law: first,refine the goals of labor education and improve labor awareness;The resources inside and outside the course are used to cultivate good labor habits.Fourth,comprehensively evaluate labor performance and encourage students to actively participate in labor practice,In order to achieve the goal of moral education required by the curriculum standards,improve students’ moral accomplishment and ideological realm...
