The outline of China’s basic education reform clearly points out the need to implement three-level curriculum management at the national, local, and school levels, that is,the curriculum of schools should be composed of national, local, and school-based curriculum. As a supplement to national and local curriculum,school-based curriculum is mainly developed and managed in local schools, with teachers serving as the main body of curriculum development to meet the development needs of students in different regions and even different grades,Provide more opportunities for students’ individual and comprehensive development. The proposal for the establishment of biology elective courses in the "2020Revision of the Biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools" includes a "Healthy Life" module. The author’s internship school is a high school located in Linyi City, and the heavy academic tasks often make students overlook their own health.Health problems such as skipping breakfast, lack of exercise, and psychological distress during adolescence are common. In order to improve students’ health awareness,To promote the development of healthy lifestyles among students, the author has combined healthy life education with school-based curriculum and decided to develop a school-based curriculum for "healthy life education" in high school biology, which will be implemented in Q Middle School in Linyi City. This paper first introduces the research background, and then puts forward the research topic, and briefly analyzes the current research situation of school-based curriculum at home and abroad, and makes a detailed description of the purpose and significance, research methods and ideas of this study. The second part describes the theoretical basis of this study and defines relevant concepts; The third part is the development of school-based curriculum of healthy life education, including the investigation and analysis of schools and students in the early stage of curriculum development, the formulation of school-based curriculum objectives and the organization of school-based curriculum content according to the investigation results, and the setting of four major topics, namely, healthy lifestyle, adolescent physical and mental development, sports health, emergency avoidance and disease prevention, according to the investigation results; The fourth part determines the teaching arrangement and teaching method, and implements the school-based curriculum, and displays teaching cases; The fifth part carries out the curriculum evaluation according to the implementation of the curriculum, including the curriculum itself and the students’ studies, and obtains the specific feedback of school-based curriculum development for subsequent content optimization; Finally, the conclusion of the research is that the school-based curriculum of healthy life education has filled the gap of students’ health knowledge, established the awareness of healthy life and cherishing life, and put it into practical action to develop a healthy lifestyle.Of course, there are also some shortcomings in the course of curriculum development and practice.I hope to provide some new ideas for the development and practice of school-based curriculum in the future through reflection and outlook.
