To meet the new requirements of the quality of talent training brought by the rapid development of China,it is necessary to improve the quality of ordinary high school education and focus on developing students' core quality.To better implement the core quality of the discipline,better adapt to the unique characteristics of each place and each school,make students' independent choice and subjective initiative improved in curriculum learning,the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers given full play to,it is the only way to open a targeted school-based curriculum with school characteristics under the guidance of the new curriculum standard.Biology is closely related to all aspects of life,but people's knowledge reserves are insufficient.Therefore,this research develops and implements the school-based curriculum "Biology and Life" based on the core literacy of biology in high school.In the study,literature method,practical research,expert consultation,questionnaire,and statistical analysis are mainly adopted.First,there is a need to read relevant literature and learn theoretical knowledge;in addition,it's to make an analysis of the existing conditions of the school and investigate the needs of students in the form of questionnaire.Besides,according to the results of the questionnaire,set the curriculum objectives and curriculum content,and compile the curriculum.In the end,make evaluation of the course and students.With regards to the stud,three of the following conclusions are obtained.First,by preschool evaluation and post-school evaluation after learning in this course,the four dimensions of biological core literacy of students have been improved.Secondly,in the course,the content is close to the actual situation of students 'life,making students' enthusiasm for learning biology improved,and the improvement of biological performance to a certain extent can be also enhanced.Thirdly,by making an investigation of the course development and classroom implementation,the score rate is above 0.8,which shows that for the course development,it reaches the standard of the basic requirements of curriculum construction,and it's been recognized by the school teachers and leaders,realizing the characteristic curriculum development needs of the school and reflecting the characteristics of the school.In view of the research and development of the course,a reference basis is provided for the development and research of the biological school in this curriculum under the background of core literacy,and it can provide some reference for similar schools.
