| Since the reform and opening up,in order to meet the strategic needs of significantly improving the quality of cadres in the new era,the Party Central Committee and various regions have successively established state-owned asset training institutions at different levels.As an indispensable part of state-owned training institutions,the quality of logistics services has a direct impact on the quality of training and teaching.In practice,the training quality of Capital Markets College is also directly affected by the quality of logistics services.How to improve the quality of logistics services and strengthen logistics support capabilities has become a practical problem faced by the logistics management department of Capital Markets College.This thesis takes the Logistics Support Department of Capital Markets College as the research object,based on the theory of service quality management,and uses the Five Gap Model and SERVQUAL Model of Service Quality as analysis tools to construct a questionnaire survey that conforms to the satisfaction of logistics service quality of Capital Markets College from the perspectives of customers and management organizations.The evaluation results of logistics service quality obtained from the questionnaire survey are analyzed,Calculate the scores of service expectations and service perception in various dimensions of the Capital Markets College,and conduct in-depth exploration and analysis on them.Then,based on the five gap model of service quality,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the logistics service quality management of Capital Markets College.It is further pointed out that there are problems in the logistics service quality management of Capital Markets College,such as poor service information transmission by the logistics team,low service level of service personnel,and untimely handling of service failures.The reasons for these problems are further analyzed.Finally,in response to the existing problems of logistics service quality,starting from various dimensions of service quality management,we propose to improve the timely feedback and collaborative mechanism of logistics service quality information,strengthen customer service expectation management strategies,provide flexible personalized services for customers,and improve the service level of outsourcing units Promoting outsourcing units to update and optimize service quality systems and other logistics service quality improvement strategies that are in line with the development situation of the Capital Markets College.The research results will have guiding significance for the improvement of the logistics service quality management of the Capital Markets College. |
