At present,China’s relevant departments pay more and more attention to sports,and the development of sports and support for sports industry are also increasing promotion.As a part of the sports industry,commercial sports clubs have an important impact on the development of China’s sports industry.As a service industry,service quality management is an important part of sports clubs.Therefore,the research on the problems and the reasons behind the service quality,which is of great help to the improvement of service quality of sports clubs and to the operation and management of commercial sports clubs.Promotion has a certain reference value,but also plays a positive role in the healthy development of China’s sports industry,and makes a certain contribution to the sports industry.The author visited a number of tennis venues in Taiyuan,consulted the fans about the situation of Taiyuan tennis market,and learned that Taiyuan Elite Tennis Club is a club with outstanding teaching qualifications and competition results in Shanxi Province and the whole city.The author took the club as the research case of this paper,Through data analysis,it is found that Taiyuan Elite Tennis Club,as a typical small and micro enterprise,has some common problems like other enterprises,such as investment and financing difficulties,managers’ lack of marketing knowledge and management methods,and service quality improvement difficulties.Therefore,the research and exploration of marketing service quality in this paper will be of great significance to Taiyuan Elite Tennis Club and other Shanxi sports clubs and other service industries.In the field of service quality,there is still a lack of mature service quality evaluation model in the field of commercial club service,and the research literature on the influence of club service quality on club management,customer satisfaction,customer loyalty and the relationship between them is still short.We should pay more attention to the research in the field of service quality management,which will be a great breakthrough for economic development.First of all this paper focuses on the service quality,service quality model,the application of service quality in sports clubs and other aspects.Compared with the research of different students at home and abroad,it is found that there is still a lot of research space in the research of service quality of commercial sports clubs in China compared with foreign commercial sports clubs.This is also directly related to the current situation of commercial sports clubs in China.Secondly,through the theoretical elaboration of the concepts of service quality,service quality model,customer satisfaction and customer loyalty,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each model,synthesizes the nature of the research object and related theories,and finally thinks that SERVQUAL model is suitable for research.Thirdly,this paper uses SERVQUAL model and the actual situation of Taiyuan Elite Tennis Club to set up a suitable service quality evaluation system for the club and formulate a questionnaire.Based on the validity and reliability of the questionnaire,this paper combs and analyzes the customer expectation,customer perception and service quality gap,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Taiyuan Elite Tennis Club in service quality through the options with higher score and lower score.It will lay the foundation for the targeted promotion strategy.Finally,based on the detailed analysis of the previous paper,aiming at the problems and reasons of the service quality gap model,this paper puts forward several strategies to improve the service quality of Taiyuan Elite Tennis Club. |
