HY school,a Dalian English training school established in 2012,mainly operates in the training of language examination for overseas studying and meanwhile in the field of overseas studying application and student background improvement.Considering the fact that in terms of teaching,it is common that different training schools have similar curriculum,similar textbook and similar teachers(sometimes even identical).Therefore,this essay will research into HY school’s learning support service and improve the quality of learning support service,aiming to help HY school realize differentiation.This essay raises three typical problems by discussing current students circumstances with relevant staff in different positions.This essay also analyzes the reasons behind these problems by carrying out the survey based on SERVQUAL scale and by considering the model of service quality gaps.Considering the lack of service content and the relatively low service quality,this essay designs the learning support service quality standard and proposes three measures to improve.To ensure the feasibility of this new learning support service and ensure that HY school can get the benefit of innovation appropriability,HY school can take measures,namely purview management,communicate with the third-party website,promote the team collaboration,and keep developing learning material,which are proposed from the perspective of knowledge division and customer anchoring.Property protection,however,might not be effective for HY school.
