With the development of science and technology,education and information technology are gradually and deeply integrated.The moral and rule of law course in junior middle school is the ideological and political course in the stage of compulsory education,which bears the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.However,this subject has a strong comprehensive,theoretical and abstract teaching content,students do not have high interest in learning,so it can not reach the education purpose of junior high school ethics and rule of law discipline.As a teaching method,audio-visual narrative refers to the use of students’ vision and hearing by junior high school moral and rule of law teachers,through educational media,to create an immersive teaching atmosphere for students.Junior high school moral and rule of law teachers use audio-visual narrative to achieve the purpose of subject teaching.This paper focuses on the application of audio-visual narration in the course of "Morality and rule of Law" in junior high school,analyzes the existing problems and reasons of audio-visual narration in the course of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school,and explores solutions to enhance the effectiveness of teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,and promote the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The research content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part of the paper is the introduction,which systematically explains the background and significance of the topic selection,the domestic and foreign research status involved,the research ideas and methods used,as well as the key and difficult points and innovations,and gives a comprehensive introduction to the research topic selection of this paper.The second part of the article mainly analyzes the related theories of audio-visual narration.First of all,the connotation and characteristics of audio-visual narrative are analyzed in detail,and the concept and characteristics of audio-visual narrative and the specific characteristics of audio-visual narrative in junior high school "Ethics and the rule of law" class are clarified.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity of audio-visual narration in junior high school Morality and the Rule of Law.Finally,it elaborates on the theoretical basis of audio-visual narrative teaching of junior high school morality and rule of law.The third part of the article mainly analyzes the effect,existing problems and causes of audio-visual narrative teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school by using student version questionnaire and face-to-face conversation with front-line teachers.First of all,through the collection of questionnaires and the arrangement and analysis of interview content,it is found that the effect of audio-visual narration in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school is mainly students’ active participation,which improves the attractiveness of the class.Break through the key and difficult points of teaching and enhance the persuasiveness of the classroom;Values have been sublimated,and the three aspects of classroom appeal have been improved.Secondly,mainly from the teaching content,teaching links,teaching methods,resource selection and student participation in these five aspects,analysis and summary of the use of audio-visual narrative teaching problems in junior high school "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class.Finally,through the analysis of the existing problems,it is found that the main reasons for the formation of these problems are teachers lack of awareness and development ability of audio-visual resources;Teachers’ information literacy is not balanced;The subject status of students is limited;The idea of examination-oriented education still needs to be improved,which provides data support for the principles and specific strategies of audio-visual narration in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.The fourth part of the article is the key content of the full text,focusing on the analysis of junior high school ethics and law course audio-visual narrative teaching principles and implementation of specific strategies.The principle of teaching implementation is mainly manifested in three aspects: the principle of combining knowledge,ability and accomplishment;The principle of combining teaching,learning and evaluation;The principle of combining situation,task and life.The specific strategies of teaching implementation mainly include six aspects: improving the quality and ability of teachers to use audio-visual narrative teaching;Actively build audio-visual narrative resource library to provide convenient conditions for audio-visual narrative application;Optimize the audio-visual narrative teaching design of Moral and Rule of Law course in junior high school;Innovating the teaching method of Morality and Rule of Law to enhance the audio-visual narrative appeal;The effective use of modern information technology means to enhance the moral and Rule of Law course teaching
