The construction of the teaching force plays a pivotal role in the national education undertaking.It is an important resource for implementing the requirements of the overall layout of "five-in-one",building a moderately prosperous society,promoting educational equity and speeding up the modernization of education.With the gradual improvement of the level of hardware facilities and public funding,the role of teachers as a key element in promoting the development of rural education is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,the Party and the State have made overall plans for the construction of rural teachers,and in order to guarantee the construction of teachers in rural compulsory education schools,the State has formulated various policies such as the special rural teacher program,general teacher education,and free teacher education.At the same time,the Rural Teacher Support Program(2015-2020)issued by the General Office of the State Council also contains clear requirements for the construction of the rural teaching force:to strive to achieve multi-channel replenishment of high-quality teacher resources in rural schools,to optimize the allocation of rural teacher resources,to steadily improve the teaching ability of teachers,to guarantee reasonable treatment in all aspects according to the law,to improve the professional attractiveness of teachers,and to gradually form "The government has also been working to optimize the allocation of high-quality teacher resources in rural schools,steadily improve the teaching capacity of teachers,guarantee reasonable treatment in all aspects in accordance with the law,improve the attractiveness of the teaching profession,and gradually form a good situation in which teachers can go,stay,and teach.As a key component of rural education,the importance of compulsory education in rural areas cannot be overstated.Research on strengthening the construction of rural compulsory education teachers has become an inevitable requirement for the revitalization of rural education,while strengthening the construction of rural compulsory education teachers has become the most effective way to promote the revitalization of rural education.In thesis,we analyzed the experience and practices of rural compulsory education teachers at home and abroad in recent years from the perspective of the professional characteristics of rural compulsory education teachers,and took the front-line teachers of rural compulsory education in W district as the research object.The analysis found that there are problems in the construction of rural compulsory education teachers’ team such as unreasonable structure of teachers,poor stability of teachers,poor exchange between urban and rural teachers,poor teacher training,and low teacher professional identity.To a certain extent,this reflects the common problems that need to be solved in the rural education reform in China.By applying the New Public Service Theory,Social Identity Theory,and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory to analyze the causes of government,social,and school factors,the three are closely related and have important implications for the overall situation.Based on the causes of the problem,this study proposes targeted countermeasures to solve the problem: optimizing government policies and increasing peripheral support;enhancing social attitudes and promoting teacher equity;and strengthening school management and improving teacher literacy.In conclusion,strengthening the teaching force in rural compulsory education is a top priority for the development of rural education.With the joint efforts of the state,local governments,schools,and all sectors of society,it is certain that the rural compulsory education school teaching force will become a professional team with high quality capabilities that is rooted in rural areas,competent to teach in rural compulsory education schools,and lead and promote the connotative development of rural education. |
