China is a big agricultural country. If we want to make a well-being society for the peasants, and then achieve the aim of common wealthy of them and the modernization of the rural area, we do nothing but devote major efforts to developing rural education, and improve the quality of the rural laborers; If we want to develop the rural education, we must take into account the building of the team of the rural teachers. However, at present, during the building of the team of rural teachers, there are many problems and difficulties, and our academic circle's studies are quite weak, and there are very few articles and writings on studying the building of the team of rural teachers especially from the angle of connection of history and reality to investigate. All of these have restricted the building of the team of the rural teachers and the development of the rural education.This dissertation combining history and reality study and theory analysis, through all-round literature study, clearing up the course of the development of the building of the team of the rural teachers, summarizes the experience and lessons of it. It probes into the existing problems in the building of the team of rural teachers, and uses the experience and lessons of foreign countries for reference. And it puts forwards a series of theoretic ideas and countermeasures for solving these problems in terms of the real conditions in our country.The dissertation can be divided into three parts except for the prologue:In the prologue, an introduction gives the object, contents and purposes of thestudy, and then according to the literature of the overviews, the weakness of current study and the value and sense of the study is described. At last it clarifies the methodology, emphasis, difficulty and thinking of study.In the first part, it sorts out the course of the building of the team of rural teachers, and according to the important history events of the building; it divides the course into five stages, that is, the beginning period of the new team of the rural teachers, the exploring and reform period of the building of the team of the rural teachers, the serious impact period of the building of the rural teachers, the recovery and developing period of the building of the team of the rural teachers, and the normalization and legal system period of the building of the team of the rural teachers. And it summarizes experience and lessons of every stage so as to use it for current building of the team of rural teachers for reference.In the second part, on the base of questionnaire and interview discussion, it analyses the existing problems and difficulty of current building of the team of rural teachers, and sums up some main problems in the work, that is, the relative short of the number of the rural teachers, the irrational regional distribution of the team of the rural teachers; the poor quality of the rural teachers; the irrational structure of the team of the rural teachers; the being in arrears with rural teachers' salary ; the poor self-orientation of the rural teachers; the dim awareness of the legal system of some rural teachers; the imperfect managerial system of the team of the rural teachers; the poor condition of the midst rural teachers; the short of number and poor quality of the backbone and foregoers of subject in rural schools an so on; and at the same time this dissertation probes into the deep layer reasons of it.In the last part, on the base of summarization of history experience and lessons and according to the exiting problems during the building of the team of rural teachers, it uses the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign for reference, and puts forwards some relevant theories and concrete suggestions and countenneasures of solving these problems. It deems that the building of the team of the rural teachers needs to follow these principles, that is, demand forecast, structure optimization, working satisfaction, survival of the fittest, naturalization specialty and so on.
