To run a satisfactory education for the people,the goal is students,and the key is teachers.If the balanced development of compulsory education is a systematic project,then achieving the balance of teacher resources is the most difficult challenge and the most crucial force.The party and the country always adhere to the construction of teacher teams as a basic task.Compulsory education,as a basic public service,is an important manifestation of social equity and an important part of the integrated development of urban and rural society at this stage.It is of great practical significance to solve the problem of educational equity by building a team of teachers,which has now received widespread social attention.This article takes Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the main problems of the differences between urban and rural teachers in the balanced development of compulsory education by investigating the status of teachers' construction in the balanced development of compulsory education in Hefei,and follows the problems,causes,and countermeasures as a whole.Train of thought,and carry out research in accordance with the theoretical foundation,asking questions,analyzing causes,and exploring the logical structure of countermeasures.This thesis is divided into five chapters for empirical research.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods of the teaching staff.The second chapter is a literature review,which summarizes the construction of teachers in China from the aspects of theoretical research,empirical research,and policy research;The third chapter is the empirical analysis of the survey,which is mainly about the questionnaire making instructions,data collection and processing to analyze the current situation of the teaching team from the perspectives of quality and quantity.The fourth chapter is to elaborate the problems and reasons of the teacher team,and sort out thereasons from the problems of the current teacher team construction in the two dimensions of quality and quality.The fifth chapter is suggestions for improvement.Specific suggestions are carried out in two aspects:1.Externally shaping the development environment of teachers,improving the long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers,2.Strengthening the comprehensive qualities of teachers,and promoting the balanced development of teachers.
