Our country is a great country with the population of 1.4 billion. The rural population makes up 65% of the population in china, among them, the population in poor area accounts for 15% of the population. The population in large medium-sized cities and developed regions only accounts for 35%. We should adequate the P.E.education in the countryside. Protecting students' physical growth, improving health and physique has far-reaching significance.In this paper, I point out the problems in teachers' building and propose suggestions and measures through the study of problems in P.E. teachers' building in middles in LongDe. In this paper, it studies 6 rural middle schools, 80 P.E. teachers and 1000 students from four aspects. First, the basic situation of P.E. teachers' building in rural middle school in LongDe. Second, the research and analysis of teaching work in rural middle school in LongDe. Third, the research of P.E. teachers' training in rural middle school. Fourth, the research of workload and treatment of P.E.teachers in rural middle school in LongDe.From the research of problems in teachers' building of junior middle school in Longde, Ningxia, this paper supports the following conclusions: first, there are not enough P.E. teachers in junior middle school in Longde, teachers have heavy work and too much young. The percentage of men and women differ greatly and schools lack of female P.E. teachers. Also, the structure of technological title is not reasonable,primary title and intermediate title are the most, senior titles accounts for 16%.About the education background, Academy degree is the most, bachelor degree only accounts for 60%, the higher degree(postgraduates and above) accounts for1.3%. The profession structure of P.E. teachers is not balanced. Track and field teacher,volleyball teachers and basketball teachers accounts for 80%, however, football and tennis balls teachers are zero. Second, the teaching context is single in junior middle school in Longde, Ningxia. Teachers pay more attention to outside classes and hardly have theory class, they even hardly carry out new curriculum standard. Third, the P.E. teachers in junior middle school take part in many course reform but seldom take part in scientific research, and they have poor consciousness in scientific research.The situation of continuing education is not good. 57% teachers never take part in the continuing education, and leaders cares little about it, the training mode is single and not very effective. Last, the treatment of P.E. teachers are much different. There are no uniform for P.E. teachers, sports funding is not enough and sports venue structure is irrational, the sport training at spare time isn't included teaching hours.
