| With the advent of the Internet era,Ideas containing multiple values continue to impact students.This puts forward higher requirements for the professional ability of middle school ideological and political teachers.The original professional growth path of fighting alone has been unable to meet the actual teaching needs.Teachers are increasingly dependent on the community to achieve professional growth.Therefore,the construction of professional growth community of middle school ideological and political teachers is imperative and has important research significance.This study is conducive to providing a more scientific,healthy and efficient professional growth path for middle school ideological and political teachers,improving the current situation of middle school ideological and political teaching,improving teaching effectiveness and maintaining China’s ideological security.The main research methods of this paper include literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,observation.The research shows that the goal of the construction of professional growth community of middle school ideological and political teachers is to build a belief community,academic community,learning community,practice community and emotional community.However,at present,there are many problems in community construction,such as the relatively single structure and function of the existing community;There is a deviation between community activities and teachers’ needs;The community’s support and safeguard measures are relatively weak,and the operation effect has great room for improvement.The reasons for these problems include that the concept of teachers’ professional growth is relatively old;Some ideological and political teachers have job burnout;The existing teaching management mechanism does not give the community sufficient development space;The relative lack of cooperative culture among teachers restricts the construction of community.Therefore,targeted countermeasures must be taken.First of all,comprehensively update the professional growth concept of middle school ideological and political teachers;Secondly,taking the needs of ideological and political teachers as the core,improve the operation mode of teaching and research group;Thirdly,explore and incubate a new community for the professional growth of ideological and political teachers;Finally,improve the security system of the community construction of middle school ideological and political teachers. |
