With the focus of "teaching for my Students",this paper combines the professional growth of teachers with the narrative research of educatio n,and explores and analyzes the professional growth of newly appointed ideological and political teachers through combing and analyzing the char acteristics,paths and influencing factors of the professional growth of newly appointed ideological and political teachers.In this paper,educatio nal narrative research method,literature research method,observation method,experience summary method and other research methods are wid ely used.This paper discusses the professional growth of new ideological and political course teachers,including the growth of professional knowle dge,teaching methods and skills,as well as the growth of teaching beliefs and educational ideals,and draws the following conclusions:The professional development of ideological and political teachers is a long-term complex and dynamic development process.Each stage of the development has the commonness inherited from each other and the individuality of each stage.ideological and political teacher in the educati on teaching life first to be appointed to accepting yourself and profession al knowledge is like an ocean,waiting for us to explore,the road to profes sional development can’t be smooth sailing,the thought political lesson te acher,first of all,to be appointed to allow yourself to make mistakes,on the basis of this can be for the long-term development of the field.Second ly,we should face up to ourselves and identify our strengths and weaknes ses in the professional growth process.Based on our strengths,we should look for our strengths and avoid our weaknesses.We should aim to devel op new fields by focusing on one major and multiple abilities.Finally,mo ve forward with confidence and courage.No one can stop us from growin g unless we don’t want to.In short,the professional growth of the teacher of ideological and political science is inseparable from the combination of self-driving force and his driving force.
