With the continuous advancement of basic education curriculum reform in my country,the "Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017)" stipulates the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,and the improvement of core literacy of high school ideological and political disciplines is set as the new curriculum reform The important part has aroused widespread concern in academia.Senior middle school ideological and political teachers are the leaders in the classroom teaching of ideological and political subjects.The work of cultivating core literacy talents and building high-quality classrooms cannot be separated from the help of teachers.Therefore,improving the teaching ability and professional quality of teachers is to protect ideological and political teachers.Key measures to improve the level of education and teaching.In the context of the current curriculum reform entering a new stage,this article based on the 2017 new curriculum standards for the training requirements of ideological and political subjects,combined with the views of relevant scholars,clearly put forward the content of the professional quality of the high school ideological and political teachers studied in this article.This research takes Chinese senior middle school ideological and political teachers as the main research object,and conducts a large number of questionnaire surveys and interviews between students and teachers.Based on comprehensive statistical analysis of questionnaire data,it is found that the current senior middle school teachers of ideological and political courses have good overall professional qualities.However,due to the weak professional development concepts of some high school ideological and political teachers,their understanding of the curriculum and concepts is not deep enough.At the same time,the school does not have a complete system for improving the professional quality of high school ideological and political teachers,and the development of teaching and research work is floating.On the surface,many high school teachers of ideological and political courses have insufficient professionalism,which is reflected in the imperfect structure of teachers' professional knowledge,insufficient professional ability,and lack of good communication with students.Based on the existing problems in the professional literacy of ideological and political teachers,specific suggestions for improving their professional literacy are given: first,strengthen teachers' professional autonomy;second,improve the incentive mechanism for teacher professional development;third,improve the school ' s professionalization of teachers Training level;fourth,to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.
