As the Ministry of Education vigorously promotes curriculum reform,"Internet+education" and " smart+education" are also developing rapidly.At present,network information technology is deeply integrated with college education and teaching,accelerating the pace of online and offline hybrid teaching models to the information age,and at the same time injecting fresh blood into college physical education.Chinese educators have actively explored teaching models.,The conventional teaching model has been difficult to meet the current education and teaching reform environment.From the perspective of reforming the teaching model,diversified development has become a trend.In this wave of education reform,the reform of physical education has also received extensive attention.Due to the teaching characteristics of the combination of physical education theory and practice,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode has been developed in full swing in college physical education.This paper conducts theoretical analysis and experimental research on the application of online and offline hybrid teaching mode in college volleyball general courses.Using the "Yangtze River Rain Classroom" network teaching platform for teaching,it is concluded that compared with traditional teaching,the " Yangtze River Rain Classroom" improves the teaching efficiency and learning effect under the online teaching situation.At the same time,through the push of learning materials,students are given plenty of space for thinking.Online teaching allows students to learn actively.The pushed learning materials can be played back repeatedly and online teaching can be interacted through barrages to extend the teaching classroom.The classroom atmosphere of offline teaching and the experience of students’technology and skills influence each other.Through the online and offline hybrid teaching mode,the respective advantages of online and offline teaching can be fully utilized to make up for each other.Thereby changing students’ learning attitudes and behaviors,and improving students’active participation in classroom teaching activities.This research uses methods such as literature,questionnaire surveys,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Taking students from the physical education major of Physical Education College of Northwest Normal University in the general volleyball course as the experimental object,the experiment time is 72 hours.In the volleyball general course teaching,the online and offline mixed teaching mode and traditional classroom teaching are compared and analyzed,and the students in the experimental group are found The teaching effect is better than the control group,which includes students’ information literacy,learning interest,autonomous learning,cooperative awareness,sense of learning achievement,etc.The students’ ability to discover and solve problems has been greatly improved.Therefore,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode can improve the requirements of the general volleyball course teaching of physical education majors in colleges and universities.It is hoped to provide information materials for the majority of volleyball workers,and at the same time provide useful references for the teaching of other sports.The following conclusions are drawn after research:1.Online and offline mixed teaching mode,through pre-eclampsia preview,in-class teacher explanation,mutual discussion among students,and consolidation after class,so that students have a more thorough understanding of knowledge and help enrich The students’ volleyball theory knowledge.2.Online and offline mixed teaching mode,through language and text,classic videos,case teaching and other forms,increase students’ interest in volleyball technology learning and sense of learning achievement,thereby helping to improve students’ volleyball skills.3.The online and offline hybrid teaching mode has effectively improved teachers’ability to use information.Teachers use the "Yangtze River Rain Classroom" network teaching platform to push learning resources to students for online teaching,which indirectly optimizes teachers’ ability to obtain and apply information.4.Students use the "Yangtze River Rain Classroom" network teaching platform for online learning,which turns the passive learning state into active,and cultivates students’ability to think independently and explore knowledge,thereby improving students’ learning enthusiasm and level of information literacy.The survey found Students have a high degree of recognition of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode and are willing to continue learning in this mode.5.According to the evaluation test indicators after the experiment,the results of both groups have increased.In the online and offline mixed teaching mode,"30 meters,half-meter movement,multi-stage reentry running,elbow plank support,standing long jump,sitting forward bending The test results of " " are better than traditional teaching and have significant differences;the test results of "core strength and agility" under traditional teaching are better than the online and offline mixed teaching mode,and there is no significant difference.Based on the above research conclusions,the following relevant suggestions are put forward:1.Strengthen teachers’ abilities in software operation,language expression,etc.,and at the same time,implement effective control of the entire classroom according to the teaching content and the actual situation of students’ learning.2.In offline classroom teaching,teachers should intensify the inspection of students’ pre-eclamppsia preparation,make real-time records and make evaluations,so that students can pay attention to their ideas and improve their independent learning ability.3.Emphasize that students shonld debug their omn equipment and network connections before class to avoid stalls,delays,unresponsiveness,etc.,to ensure students’ concentration in learning,and to fully understand the teacher’s teaching ideas and teaching rhythm4.In addition to making full use of the "School Online" resources in the "Yangtze River Rain Classroom" online teaching platform,other ways to obtain resources should be expanded,such as high-quality MOOC and other video materials.5.When teaching,it should be based on the characteristics of the volleyball event and the characteristics of the students,integrate subject knowledge,and flexibly use online and offline mixed teaching methods.
