| The professional development of rural physical education teachers affects the overall quality of rural education,which is of great significance to shorten the gap between rural and urban education quality.Through the investigation and demonstration of the professional development of rural physical education teachers in Ningbo City,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered in the process of professional development and explores countermeasures for improvement.By using the method of literature,questionnaire,structured interview and mathematical statistics,this study takes the professional development difficulties and influencing factors of rural physical education teachers in Ningbo city as the research object,and adopts the method of random sampling to investigate the basic situation,professional philosophy,ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability of 93 first-line rural physical education teachers in Ningbo City.The data is collected using the Questionnaire Star platform.Statistical analysis of data was completed by the SPSSAU statistical analysis module.Most of the rural physical education teachers in Ningbo City had graduated from normal major(63.4%),local students(67.7%),bachelor degree(73.1%)and second-class title(50.5%).91.4% had more than 12 school hours in the last week and 80.6% had less than 10 years of teaching experience.On the whole,there were difficulties in living pressure and high work intensity.In Ningbo,only 21.5% of rural physical education teachers have clear development plans,and their development motivation is mainly professional title promotion.There is a significant positive correlation between identity and development planning and development goals,with correlation coefficients 0.686 and 0.773,respectively.The development needs of professional knowledge and ability are mainly information technology knowledge and subject expertise.Social status has a significant positive correlation with occupational attractiveness,and the correlation coefficient is 0.647.Professional development is obviously affected by social status.In Ningbo,only 26.9% of rural physical education teachers have clear development intention,among which the female is significantly higher than the male,the low professional title is higher than the high professional title,and the high education is higher than the low education.The main pressure lies in class preparation,teacher training,teaching and research,etc.,and the main difficulty lies in policy support,learning resources,family burden,etc.The main development approaches of rural physical education teachers in Ningbo City are expert guidance,school-based research,etc.,and the main development methods are special lectures and case analysis,etc.However,there are differences among gender,professional title and income in specific development approaches and methods.All walks of life actively pay attention to the living situation of rural physical education teachers,and formulate relevant policies to effectively improve the professional sense of honor and self-identity of rural physical education teachers.Administrative departments actively adopt the forms of demonstration education and deeds publicity,and at the same time reasonably guide,attach great importance to and overall consider the professional development of rural physical education teachers.The region actively establishes cooperation,exchange,training and other systems,and adopts the way of bringing in and going out to enhance the cultural connotation and sense of belonging of rural physical education teachers.Teachers themselves actively establish the concept of lifelong learning,and make use of national policies and professional platforms to deepen practice,strengthen reflection and enhance learning initiative. |
