"It is all about education and teachers.Teachers are the first resource for the development of education and an important cornersto ne for the prosperity of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation and the people’s happiness."Rural revitalization,we must first revitalize rural education,and rural teachers are the key,the professional development level of rural teachers determines the development of rural education,and the professional development of rural physical education teachers is a key link to improve the professional level of rural physical education.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of rural physical education teachers,aiming to create a team of high-quality,professional and innovative physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the new era,and to provide strong sports wisdom for accelerating the realization of the modernization of education in the basic stage of compulsory education.Based on this,this study focuses on rural physical education teachers,investigates the current situation and existing problems of the professional development of rural physical education teachers in Liuzhi Special Zone from the regional perspective,connects with the practical demands,and puts forward optimized policy suggestions,in order to provide certain reference value in expanding the professional development of rural teachers.This study mainly uses the literature research method,question naire survey,interview survey,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot research method,in Guizhou liuzhi rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional development situation as the research object,from liuzhi rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers’ personal basic situation,profession al knowledge and professional skills structure,professional attitude and professional development of investigation and analysis,the conclusion is as follows:1.In the past 10 years,driven by the policies of special post teachers,the professional structure of physical education teachers in Guizhou Liuzhi special Zone is reasonable;the teaching experience is basically normalized;the teaching staff is younger.In terms of the gender of physical education teachers,the ratio of male and fem ale students is large,and the proportion of part-time physical education teachers is high,which means that it is highly consistent with the teacher qualification certificate examination system.2.On the basis of curriculum standard guidance and local curriculum arrangement,the teaching standard degree of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools has been improved year by year,and the evaluation standards and evaluation methods of students’ learning tend to be diversified.However,sports teaching and research activities are insufficient and the teaching and research atmosphere is not strong;extracurricular sports activities are difficult to implement.The reason is highly related to the lack of sites,equipment and teachers in rural schools.3.Under the spread of multi-media information,physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools are optimistic about the knowledge of the subject they teach.However,the survey learned that physical education teachers in rural primary and second ary schools have relatively insufficient mastery of general knowledge,so it is necessary to improve teachers’ mastery of general knowledge through multiple channels and methods.4.Through the survey,the PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Liuzhi Special Zone are better in the field of classroom organization and management,accounting for 64.71%of the total;in the ability of implementation of physical education teaching and academic inspection and evaluation;the survey shows that most PE teachers design the conventional teaching,and the teaching research interest needs to be guided positively.5.PE teachers have good experience of physical education teaching,correct teaching attitude,and occupy physical education courses;teacher ethics is important for teachers’ professional development.But in whether to insist on the physical education teacher professi on hold a wavering attitude.It may be related to low pay,heavy workload,difficult promotion of professional title and stigmatization of physical education teachers.6.When physical education teachers participate in various types of training or further training,More motivated,The vast majority of PE teachers have the subjective intention to continue their study,The purpose of teachers’ participation in the training is more utilitarian;For the promotion of the professional title;However,in pre-service training,One third of PE teachers have not attend any professi onal training during their studies,Lack of training opportunities and platforms,34% of the total number surveyed;The content of the training is basically theoretical than practice;The PE teachers who have not participated in the entry training accounted for 47.06% of the total survey number,Nearly half of the PE teachers have not participated in the induction training.7.Rural school physical education teacher education mode reform:liuzhi rural primary and secondary school teachers education reform is not big,rural physical education teachers’ professional status and value still failed to get recognition,physical education teachers in career development due to pre-service education,orientation education and on-the-job education training segmentation between segmentation still failed to fully play a role.The professional degree of physical education teachers is low,the quality of physical education teachers needs to be improved,and the existing physical education teachers cannot meet the realistic requirements of the development of rural physical education.The requirements of the new curriculum standard have not been implemented,the concept,teaching behavior and the physical education mode are still traditional,and the new ideas,technologies and methods are rarely used.Combined with the actual situation of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Liuzhi Special Zone,with "specialization" as the main line and quality improvement as the purpose,promote the professional development of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Liuzhi Special Zone,and narrow the gap between urban schools and rural schools.It is necessary to actively respond to the concerns of rural physical education teachers;build the pre-service and vocational training system of rural PE teachers;ensure the consistent treatment of urban and rural PE teachers,expand the ranks of rural PE teachers;and strengthen the post-service training of rural physical education teachers.
