| As an important discipline in junior high school physical education,physical education integrates practice and theory.Therefore,the high-quality development of physical education teachers is not only the development of skills,but also the development of theory.The all-round development of physical education teachers directly affects the quality of physical education teaching and the development of physical education discipline,Therefore,the professional development of PE teachers is an important factor for the high-quality development of PE discipline.Based on this,this paper focuses on the subject teaching knowledge(TPACK)theory of integrated technology,and uses research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to find out the factors that affect the professional development of junior high school physical education teachers in Xining City from the perspective of TPACK,and propose strategies for the professional development of physical education teachers.actResearch results:(1)The TPACK level of physical education teachers in urban middle schools in Xining city is above average,among which different physical education teachers have differences in PK and PCK dimensions.(2)Physical education teachers with different teaching ages have differences in CK,PK,TK,TCK,PCK and TPK dimensions.(3)Physical education teachers with different professional titles have differences in CK,PK,TK,TCK,PCK and TPK dimensions;(4)Physical education teachers with different educational backgrounds have differences in CK,PK,TK,TCK,TPK and TPACK dimensions;(5)participation in external training has differences in seven dimensions;(6)Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,CK,PK and PCK dimensions can affect PE teachers’ professional knowledge;(7)TK,PCK,TCK and TPK dimensions can affect PE teachers’ professional skills;(8)PK and TPK dimensions can affect PE teachers’ professional quality.According to the research results,the author puts forward the strategies for theprofessional development of junior middle school PE teachers in Xining city,namely:(1)constantly strengthen their own PE knowledge(CK)reserve and ap plication ability;(2)To improve their ability to use information technology(T K);(3)Constantly optimize and update their own physical education teaching methods(PK);(4)Schools should manage PE teachers at different levels;(5)Schools should combine various training methods for physical education teachers. |
