Research On The Teaching Effect Of Mixed Teaching In Basketball Optional Course In Senior High School

Under the information environment,the teaching methods of teachers and the learning methods of students have undergone revolutionary changes.Hybrid teaching has realized the seamless connection between online teaching and offline teaching through the "Internet plus" technology,and has become a hot research topic in physical education.In order to explore the effectiveness of hybrid teaching in high school physical education,this article adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching practice,and mathematical statistics.It selects 64 students from the basketball elective course for senior one in Hefei No.9 Middle School as experimental groups,and randomly divides them into experimental and control groups.Using the "Self Assessment Scale for High School Students’ Physical Education Learning Series",this study compared the differences between the two groups of students in physical education learning emotional performance and cooperative spirit,physical education learning attitude,and physical education learning health behavior,and analyzed the teaching effect of hybrid teaching in high school basketball elective courses.The study found that:(1)Theoretical knowledge test: The theoretical scores of the two groups of students were better than those of the control group from the non difference measured before the experiment(p=0.542>0.05)to the significant difference measured after the experiment(p=0.001<0.05).(2)Physical Fitness Enhancement and Skill Level Improvement: Both groups of students have improved their physical fitness and basketball skills to varying degrees,from the diagnostic evaluation before the experiment to the effect evaluation after the teaching experiment.However,there is no difference in the comparison between the two groups of students.(3)In terms of emotional expression and cooperative spirit cultivation during learning,the two groups of students showed significant differences in emotional expression(p=0.041<0.05)and cooperative spirit(p=0.006<0.05),and the experimental group showed better emotional will and cooperative spirit than the control group.(4)Learning attitude test: The data shows that there are significant differences between the two groups in terms of interest and participation enthusiasm in the learning process(p=0.036<0.05),classroom enthusiasm performance(p=0.044<0.05),and learning style(p=0.025<0.05),and the experimental group is superior to the control group.(5)Health behavior and cognitive test data show that there is a significant difference between students in the experimental group and students in the control group in terms of better propensity to exercise health cognition(p=0.015<0.05)and good habits formation intention(p=0.039<0.05),but there is no significant difference in avoiding bad habits(p=0.508<0.05).Students in the experimental group show better health behavior and cognitive level.Further analysis of the findings suggests that:(1)The hybrid teaching mode combines the advantages of face-to-face teaching and online teaching,which promotes the teaching and learning of teachers and students,and makes the teachers’ leading role and students’ leading role fully play.(2)The mixed teaching mode broadens the study space and channel of students,conforms to the study life of students,facilitates the communication between students and teachers and students,and meets the individualized and diversified needs of students,actually improve the learning effect of students and good learning habits and behavior formation.(3)the mixed teaching mode depends on the practice in the mastery of skills and the improvement of physical quality,and the mastery of skills and the improvement of physical quality need to be assisted by the teaching mode through persistent exercise,in order to better improve the level of sports skills of students.
