| With the rapid development of modern information technology,the Internet has become an integral part of our daily life,work,and even education.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the Internet,the state has issued a series of policies to realize the modernization of education and the goal of "all-round development" of talent training.The Ministry of Education has also clearly proposed to make full use of information technology to realize the open exchange of high-quality experimental teaching resources.In response to the national call,various disciplines have adopted hybrid teaching,fully integrating information technology into the teaching process.Through relevant research,it is found that most of the general colleges and universities in China still focus on traditional teaching in basketball class.This teaching mode is teacher-centered,with the teacher as the leading teacher,imparting knowledge to students,and students as passive listeners,becoming passive containers of knowledge,which greatly reduces students’ enthusiasm,initiative and learning ability.And in the era of highly developed information technology,integrating information technology teaching with the traditional mode teaching model is an effective way to reform the teaching of art subjects today.Therefore,this study boldly innovates the traditional teaching mode and adopts blended teaching in basketball teaching of public physical education class,and constructs a blended teaching mode before,during and after class through Super Star Learning Platform on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.It is hoped that it will provide theoretical significance and practical reference for the implementation of blended teaching in college physical education.This study adopted the literature method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical and statistical method and questionnaire survey method,and took female college students in the 2020 class of basketball public sports class of Shandong Normal University as the experimental subjects,and randomly selected two classes as the experimental class and the control class,and the experimental class adopted the hybrid teaching mode in the teaching process,retaining the advantages of the traditional college basketball teaching mode while combining the advantages of Super Star Learning Pass APP to improve the The effect of college physical education and students’ learning effect.After an 18-week teaching experiment,a test survey was conducted at the end of the experiment on the experimental class and the control class of female college students in the class of 2020 basketball public sports class,and the experimental data were compiled,compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions were finally drawn.(1)In terms of physical quality,after 18 weeks of teaching experiment,the physical quality performance of the experimental group in the mixed teaching mode and the control group in the traditional teaching mode both improved significantly,but from the data,the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the test results of standing long jump(p<0.05),and in the test results of 50-meter run and 800-meter There was no significant difference(p>0.05)in the results of 50 m run and 800 m test after data comparison analysis,indicating that the hybrid teaching was better than traditional teaching in improving students’ physical qualities such as lower limb strength,bouncing and explosive power.(2)In terms of quantitative tests of basketball skills,after 18 weeks of teaching experiment,the data of half-court round-trip layup and two-person marching passing and catching were better than those of the control group,and showed significant differences(p<0.05)and very significant differences(p<0.01)respectively,indicating that blended teaching is more conducive to students’ mastery of basketball skills than traditional teaching.basketball skills.(3)In terms of qualitative tests of basketball skills,after 18 weeks of teaching experiment,the data of basketball one-handed shoulder shot and marching one-handed shoulder shot were better than those of the control group,and they showed significant differences(p<0.01)and very significant differences(p<0.01)respectively,indicating that blended teaching is better than traditional teaching in improving students’ movement(4)In terms of interest in learning,after the teaching,the students were able to improve their basketball skills.(4)In terms of learning interest,after 18 weeks of teaching experiment,the mixed teaching has a positive effect on students’ motivation,after-school activities,and mastery of individual movement skills,and students can continuously overcome new techniques through their own efforts,which makes students gain their own sense of achievement and increase their interest in learning basketball.Students’ interest in learning basketball is better than traditional teaching.(5)In terms of students’ attitude towards independent exercise in class,anonymous questionnaires were distributed after the experiment to collect and count that 85% of students in the experimental group would actively exercise basketball skills in class,while only 25% of students in the control group would actively exercise basketball skills in class,indicating that blended teaching helps to improve students’ attitude towards independent exercise in class compared with traditional teaching.(6)In terms of students’ confidence in learning basketball,anonymous questionnaires were distributed after the experiment to collect and count that the number of students in the experimental group with improved confidence in learning basketball was twice as many as the control group,accounting for 90% and 45% of the total number of students in each group respectively,and students in the experimental group could discuss technical movements in the classroom space of Learning Pass APP,and teachers also got interaction with students,and students’ difficult problems were solved and technical movements were initially formed in their minds.The movements have been initially formed in the brain,most students respond more positively and can’t wait to learn the content of the lesson,which makes students learn basketball more confident,and blended teaching is more helpful to improve students’ self-confidence in learning basketball than traditional teaching.(7)In terms of satisfaction of teaching mode,after 18 weeks of teaching experiment,blended teaching effectively improved students’ class participation,making students more actively participate in the teaching activities of blended teaching with a positive attitude,and the course satisfaction of the experimental group of blended teaching increased significantly,thus indicating that blended teaching is more helpful to improve students’ course satisfaction.(8)The blended teaching mode extends and opens up the time and space for students to learn,improves the utilization of students’ free time outside of class,and makes students’ emotional attitudes improve and establish correct sports values. |
