The revised principles of the Compulsory Education Arts curriculum standards 2022 state that “ Students should be guided to learn and understand the Chinese nation’s fine culture and arts,and enhance their cultural self-confidence.” With the progress of the times,the rapid development of science and Technology,junior high school students access to more and more information channels,more and more rich content,but many of our traditional art is imperceptibly perishing.How to apply the excellent traditional culture to the music class of junior middle school,cultivate the students’ interest in the folk traditional culture gradually,thus arouse the students’ enthusiasm to study the traditional culture,to further achieve the protection and inheritance of China’s outstanding traditional culture,the issue of the author’s thinking.This thesis focuses on the traditional Chinese shadow play,which has been handed down for thousands of years,and the junior middle school music class,guiding the middle school students to appreciate,feel and experience the unique charm of the shadow play art at the same time,carry on the inheritance to the Chinese traditional culture.This thesis conducts a practical research on the integration of Fuzhou Shadow Play and junior high school music classroom teaching through literature research,interviews,classroom observation,and practical verification methods,and explores the inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture in junior high school classrooms.The full text is composed of an introduction and four chapters.The introduction section describes the research origin,significance,research methods,relevant comments at home and abroad,and innovation points of this thesis;The first chapter provides an overview of Fuzhou Shadow Play through reading literature and monographs;The second chapter collects and arranges resources inside and outside the school through interviews with folk heirs of Fuzhou Shadow Play and observation of Fuzhou Shadow Play;Chapter Three conducts practical teaching of Fuzhou Shadow Play in the music classroom of junior high school,and conducts classroom observation and analysis of the results after implementation;The fourth chapter discusses the significance of Fuzhou Shadow Play’s inheritance in junior high school music classroom teaching through reflection and summary of practical teaching in music classroom.The author is committed to combining traditional culture with junior high school music classes,bringing new lessons for the path and innovation of traditional culture inheritance in school education.I hope that the research in this thesis can enrich the music classroom teaching in junior high schools and make contributions to promoting the traditional culture and art of the Chinese nation.
